Well, sorry but you are wrong , you can't possibly believe that everyone gambling is doing it with a the amount of money withing their risk level, how come we have alot of complaints and even suicide news all around the internet which if it involves a gambler, it's usually as a result of them losing money they possibly did not budget or expected to lose?

Using myself as an example, I remember the time  lost a huge sum of money to sports betting, that money was way way above my risk level but I decided to still use it for betting because I believed the game was a sure win, it turned out a lose and to honest, I almost died from the shock, I spent 3 days in a hospital.

That is why I am asking. A person has been playing dice for so long, that I sure he has found a possible algorithm or regularity in that game. Or he knows some moments, when its best to take an action. I remember from playing High/Low games, that if you wait for series of highs or lows, lets say 4-5 in a row, it is a high change that you will guess next bet correctly. Yeah have literally that once and guess it didn't end well , so I reduce the odds so that I can practice how the dice and spin the wheel works without losing much , and it was actually going well for a while and I actually thought I was getting the hang of it .

Better to keep yourself in control as frustration can lead you to more losing picks, most of the time when you are losing you forget about analysing the game, you just wanted to keep on playing till luck permits you to recover your loses, the good catch when you are still in good control you can make that hard stop and take a break when you are in the losing streaks.
