I love following history as well as contemporary issues. For instance, South Asian boasts of very rich legacy of cultures, music and dance that transcends borders. Their region has been a crossroads for trade and cultural diffusion you may agree with this, and its leading to the blending and adoption of various cultural influences.

We've seen crypto communities, exchanges celebrate Chinese New Year, Diwali Dhamaka etc. Do you think those in these regions really appreciate to integrate crypto to commemorate those events?

This part of the world have people who are more down to earth and dont embrace technology to that extent, although things are being made to shift that.

I dont think traditional festivities have ever included crypto in it. I would be happy to pay for sweets in bitcoin, but the sweet shop does not have a method to do that. We need more ground level acceptance of crypto and its use but to do that the government's stance need to change - and I dont think that will happen unless the western countries become lenient first.

I'm glad to see someone like me who would gladly pay for sweets with Bitcoin. I think widespread crypto adoption will have to be engineered by those who've already embraced the novelty and beauty of this technology.  I'm guessing there may be more people like you, so you could start offering service in your locality and accepting payment with crypto. I bet you will be patronized.
Meanwhile I have seen traditional festivals commemorated within crypto communities.

This Diwali, many local crypto exchanges are offering attractive incentives for traders. However, most traders have lost trust in these exchanges after the WazirX issues. In the past, I managed to make a decent profit from trading on local exchanges during the Diwali celebration. This year, I plan to avoid local exchanges, but I am confident that FIU-compliant international exchanges will introduce festive offers for Indian traders.

Waziri haven't fixed their issues yet? I'm sure they'll be some good alternatives. My Indian friend shared this with me..X Diwali trading competition. It's a competition marking Diwali celebrations and the cex is compliant. You could explore the option

I am not sure why you need to shil Bitget Diwali dhamaka on this thread. Every crypto exchange which has a big Indian community will have some offers or the other which will be related to trading. These events have been happening for more than 5 years now if I am correct.
