I know several services in Europe that are accepting bitcoin payments for 3d printing, maybe they can also make prototypes.
Gobrrr is one of those websites based in Austria, and I just confirmed they are doing what you are looking for.

If you were in the US, I could help with printing a prototype as that is my hobby. I also have 3D scanner and do prototypes for myself and others. It is an enjoyable hobby if you like designing.
