OP, BC.Game Support forgot to ask you, and as I happened to be talking with them to get a case going [and brushed upon your case], I am asking on their behalf. Do you mind to give us your UID? Not just the username, the numbers that used to identify your account. That'll greatly help them zeroing into your situation.

If you feel uncomfortable sharing your UID here, kindly PM me the info and I'll relay it to their team so they can promptly investigate.

Have you checked your welcome email from BC.Game? Im not really sure but your UID might be included there alongside your account information.
I just checked all the emails I've received from bc.game (both verification and promotional emails) and none of them contains the user id. So, unfortunatey he will have to skip this option.

It’s going to be an extra work for the support agent but since the username is supposed to be unique, it’s not going to be hard to find the uid associaed to it.

I am fully KYC verified and have made several deposits and withdrawals. That's why I am confused as to why this is happening
Then there's chance that your country might be blacklisted on their site and that's why you're getting that error. Have you been using some type of VPN for opening the site or you were able to login with your own country IP? Hope you'll get some help as holydarkness is willing to help you out.

Oh not again BC.Game has cleaned themselves long ago so when I saw this I was saying something is wrong at something because I don't think they can do this again. I have also made a comment on this issue on their main announcement thread. The only person that can explain things well here is the representative of bc.game here in the forum. Either they have maintainace issue in the website or there are some internal errors in the site. And as you said since they are on the matter for the investigation. Then they will come back and give you feedback.

One, "scam accusations" happens on daily basis for many casinos, both the ones that cleaned themselves from a pile of cases like BC, Rollbit, and Stake, and the ones that promptly clear each and every case like betcoin. It's an everyday life here on this board.

Two, no, I would actually advise OP against commenting this issue on their ANN thread, because [as always] it'll make things harder to track, having two simultaneous threads. Yes, the only person that can explain things well here are the representatives of BC.Game, and they have been notified. They're on it.

To be redundantly clear, within the past 24 hours? That request to resend, it's within this past 24 hours? In other words, after I get in touch with my contact, and they're currently in the middle of sorting things out? Yes on Friday they sent an email asking for the documents and deposit screenshots, I sent them. And then 2 hours afterwards I received an email back saying that they have been successfully verified. Then last night they asked to confirm my mobile number. But not heard anything since then.

In other words, they have not finished verifying your account, they still need to validate your mobile phone number. I think that's why it's still inaccessible. Have you got any reply from them about the development of your account verification since then? Can you access your account now?

I was sent an email on the 6th explaining that they are unable to release my account. But they will send me the LTC that is still in the account, they have requested my LTC address which I have sent. Nothing as of yet
