Apart from you not yet a brand which users here are already familiar with or can easily identify, it seems your kind of market is rather competitive. You might want to present your platform in such a way that you have an edge over other swap platforms and exchanges.

I would like to echo hugeblack's point. What you say in your TOS is so broad. A list of banned countries would do.

Your website has been registered for a couple of years now, which is a welcome development from the usual ones we see spring up here with just few days of active time.

The kyc and aml policies is however a discouraging factor and the website design looks like a copy of similar exchanges.

This is one of the cases where your bad reputation will chase you whenever you go. Is OP fully aware of the ongoing discussion on Reddit about their case? One member there even classified Swapter as a high-risk exchange, so instead of OP getting the most of their promotion here, they are getting negative feedback, and if they cannot address these issues, they might as well shut down their operation.

Since you already created an account on this forum, it would make sense to check back from time to time, answer a few questions, and offer additional information to the community. If you don't want to do that, I don't think you stand a chance to gain any real traction here. More than a month passed since your first post and it's been radio silence ever since.

For starters, don't create new threads offering the same service. It is against the rules of the forum, it is ineffective and can be considered as spam. Lock other topics about Swapter.io and keep the discussion in this thread.

After their case is solved, people rarely come back to confirm the solved case. Sometimes they simply don't care anymore, and sometimes they are still furious because they spent extra time and stress solving an unnecessary complication.
What you need to learn from everything is to try to have as few similar cases as possible, and if they do happen, to solve them as soon as possible.
