I am new to Megapari and have been using them for a few Weeks now. I am a gambler with over 50 different sites used over the last 5 years.

I made a bad decision to put too much money into this site that I noticed later had a bad reputation with a lot of customers (based on what I've read on various sites and forums) so I am a bit nervous about what is going to happen now when I try to make my first withdrawal and when I see how they are asking for multiple and extensive documents compared to any standard that I have experienced. What I have done so far is just to play on their sportsbook and I have been limited there after around maybe 400 USD in profit ( hence why I am now making a withdrawal.)

I am worried because I already see the signs of them stalling while I continue to send in documents. My own theory regarding this is that they do this in order for people to have enough time to spend their bankroll and lose it all back meanwhile they are frustrated and waiting for their endless verification process. I challenge anyone that thinks otherwise to show me that shady Sportsbooks are NOT making millions out of their customers when applying this tactic..  I just try to stay away from the sportbooks that do once i notice it.

One other thing that got me a bit worried is the one where I had to send in a selfie with holding my ID as well as showing my correspondance with Megapari through my mail( ALL in the same picture and the details had to be clearly visible..) Thankfully I recently bought a newer phone because my old one wouldnt be able to capture all that in the same picture without it getting blurry in places.

 It took me a while but I managed to take this so all the info are now super clear. It then took over 72 hours and now they want a utility bill, which I have already sent in and still waiting ( Im guessing for at least another 72 hours before they either tell me to redo the thing or send in another document.

These stalling tactics are very despicable to me and there is no excuse for it when reputable sites either ask you for everything at once and get it over with or they verify it either straight away or within at least 24 hours.

At the moment Im just waiting for the next step, but its not looking too good.

And of course I was right. After ANOTHER 3 DAYS I got this in my mail : You should make a selfie with a sheet of paper with a current date and code X8W73A written on it. Your face and all data should be clearly and fully visible.

How on earth is this necessary after I already have sent them a photo with my face holding my ID in the right hand and my phone showing my mail from Megapari in the left?
Stalling tactics confirmed. I urge everyone to stay away from this site because intentionally trying to stall people from making a withdrawal.

Please people ask yourselves.. is this a reasonable way to conduct a KYC ? or how many extra photos of your face do these people actually need while always taking the maximum time to get back to you?

Ok so after 72 hours I got this update " Dear user, please provide us with colored photos of your national ID card (both sides, please). Photos must be in JPG format.
This is after I have sent in my passport seperately and also me holding my drivers license in a seperate picture..

I responded saying:  " Hello. I dont have a National Id Card like I said in the past. I have a drivers license and a Passport... If you look back in our conversation I already sent you my passport like you wanted.. "

The answer I got back from this was : "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer."


So lets see if they are going to take another 72 hours just to answer me here...
This is truly BIZARRE and I think its hard for anyone to claim that this is not a stalling tactic at this point.

Since you are the one who deposited the money into the casino platform, you say you have no choice but to give them what they ask of you because they are the ones holding your funds,
and if you argue with them, your funds will be even more in jeopardy, right?

So just follow it, although it's annoying, but for the sake of being able to withdraw the money from their platform, just be patient because they might just have a protocol

We’re not in a position to say if they’re really doing that. After all, it’s just OP and the casino communicating, and not all documents or details are available for analysis. When it comes to anything involving KYC, it’s tough to draw solid conclusions since we’re only working with limited information.

You are right because everyone's experience will be based on the outcome of your engagement with a platform, truly I had to be lucky then although I did not deposit a big amount of money just a small deposit of about $20 and gambledle turned that amount to around $50 and withdraw it immediately, I believe most of those that have issues with such casinos are those that play with big amount of money, and want to withdraw big sum also, since most cases of refusal to withdraw always rise when gambler want to withdraw big amount that is somewhere around $3000 and above.

Most of these complaints here are still happening and because it has not happened to us do not mean that it's not happening. There are people that have used some of these exchanges and casinos, telling you about their dark secrets because they have been victims many times and have studies what could have been the reasons. I am not in a position to judge if Mega Pari is a trusted casino but we all have to be extra careful because it might be your turn to complain next time. I have a great turnoff for casinos that like delaying transactions, having limited games especially in sport bets where you can not play as much as you want.

With how technology is advancing and making alot if things automated and easier to run/manage, i expect that one should not submit his or her documents for kyc verification and wait more than 3 hours to get a response, in fact, some casinos and exchanges have automated the whole process where you submitted the requested document and complete the other requirements and in less than 2 minutes, the system return a message confirming that you are either verified or not verified and have to try again..

With this type of tech already in place, it's fishy, scammy on the part of the casino to let a customer wait 3 days before coming back to tell him or her that he or she is not verified and need to submit a different document entirely not mentioned in the things required for a successful kyc verification.

Didn't MegaPari have a signature campaign in BitcoinTalk? Who was its campaign manager, and why did the campaign stop? This is not an accusation on the campaign manager. I merely believe that a signature campaign manager's experience and his/her interactions with the admins/developers/owners of the casino might give everyone a better idea in what sort of people are running MegaPari.

I don't know the reason for your too many questions unless you are being sarcastic about this. I also located the campaign manager of MegaPari at that time and he is a professional CM with no questionable character as far as his job is concerned.

Regardless, let me put this to you, handling a campaign for a business is not the same as being part of the management team. The campaign managers' task is to bring more traffic/audience to them, and of course, they (the business) will not paint themselves badly with the CM even if they will still disappoint. So, CM has limited fault here if things go south, he can only stop cooperating with them if they do not change.

Yeah, they had and their signature campaign was run by AB de Royse777. We don't know a reason why they stopped the campaign, probably they got what they wanted or it didn't meet their expectations. I don't trust anything run by Bet-B2B and I expressed my opinion when they were running their signature campaign but as I see AB de Royse777 tried to help this user and Megapari is aware of the situation. I hope they'll help him and his case will finally be resolved.
Btw it's sad that OP hasn't posted since 22 November. They open threads and don't update us on whether their case has been solved or not, that's irresponsibility in my mind.

Played on this casino multiple times but I never like the casino UI even the games offered is very limited that’s why I stop playing here. Including the bonuses is so low that backed with difficult terms just to limit payouts.

Personally, I haven’t tried gambling in this casino yet, but I’ve heard of it before. You know, when you’re active in the forum, you’ll come across many more popular casinos. So, why settle for a casino that has some issues raised by forum members?

I just finished reviewing  casino where I say a clause in their TOS that they reserve the right to ask for periodic verification of the user. In the review I asked for clarification to understand what that really mean because that statement sound vague to me as I can't imagine myself doing regular KYC or providing documents often instead of doing it once and focusing on winning money. I don't want to believe that that statement will lead to the issue being raise here because that will be highly disappointing. I have used Megapari before and for the time I used them, I was not asked for KYC so I don't know if all is well from your end for them to put you in this stressful situation as a result of KYC.

They’re the only ones who can decide whether to stop or not as they know their operation very well. if they’re not getting results or are spending more than they’re earning, they’ll eventually stop. But you know, every casino should have active advertisements to keep attracting new gamblers, especially now that the gambling industry is very competitive with so many players.

Maybe if they’re not relying too much on this forum, they’re not as affected here. But I’m surprised that "Team_MegaPari"’s profile is still clean. Does this mean the accusation against them is baseless?
