This is not how you look for partners and investors on an open forum; since you initiate this, you must provide all the information that your potential investors and partners want to see, like you mentioned that you have experience in IT and igaming what companies have you worked with, and if you don't want to mention it, then show your willingness to share it.

What exactly was your role in the iGaming industry? The fastest way you can set up an online casino is by using a white-label or a turnkey solution. You just have to shell out about $30-50k and you'd have your casino with license and payment gateways set up in a couple of weeks. You should be looking for another $50-100k for marketing and running costs for about 6-8 months. Since you've worked in the industry for 15 years I'm assuming getting used to the admin side of things for a casino would be easier for you. There are a lot of white-label solutions if you can google the best suited for the locations you're targeting and approach them for demos/meetings. They will likely bleed you dry with the offers but if you're 15 years experienced iGaming professional then you should be able to negotiate.

You think sourcing for partner is like someone who goes by the bin to source for a waste material?
There should be a level of seriousness and introduction about your concepts or maybe previously worked place with evidences I believe this will show that you had that experience of 15 years and not just by writing here to convince people you think aren't smart to know what they are doing. Like I have sense so fast, people often sees that sourcing for partner or investors who doesn't know what they are doing is becoming so easily for untrusted users because sometimes it looks as scamming attempting. My advise is to look for your circle of friends let them contributes money for you and start up your project.

Its better to take out that partners and investors post and just find or ask someone who can teach you or a course how to build a casino; you will just wasting people's money and time if they ever invest in or partner with you, without any idea on how to create a crypto casino from scratch or even dealing with whitelabel creators.
Don't ask for money on something you are just going to explore the first time.

I also have about 25 years of igaming experience. From the moment I received a shiny new CD from William Hill by post (back then they would ship things over the internet anywhere in the world) and installed it on my mom's computer circa 1998, I knew I'd be stuck for a long, long time.

I think only a huge amount of capital and a desire to bring something new to the table would work now though. It's a crowded room in gaming and littered with epitaphs.

If this is the best that you can come up with, its not going to be easy, and no one will even pay attention. Obviously,  you are a newbie and lacks professionalism asking such foolish questions, For a guy with more than 15 years of experience in IT and igaming, you do not know how to properly present themselves asking to be funded; you have to go back to the drawing board and ask yourself what went wrong.

Creating a crypto casino will be quite expensive. The team you are looking for will definitely have a cost to manage. If you are just starting with no development so far then you might need to hire few experts in each field and you can onboard them onto your team. But as said, this will be quite expensive.

You should give some more information about the casino and also the developments so any potential investor can give it a thought. I don't think anyone would show serious interest by reading just a few lines posted by a newbie.

Buiding a crypto casino isn't an easy task, you have to build the backend and the frontend, and here are some aspects that you have to control.

-Deposits/withdrawals
-Chat with permission
-Games with a provably fair engine
-Servers
-Databases
-Sockets

And sounds simple, but is a project that could take some years, and time=money if you want to buy a casino already built, I'm selling a code with 4 games:

Most of the time it's always someone with iGaming knowledge and their developer friend who team up to launch a casino with funding from their own pockets. Or someone with a lot of money just looking to invest in a different venture.

The possibility that the OP will find a potential client in the way he is trying to do here is quite unrealistic, I would say impossible. So someone who has enough money, and wants to have their own casino, will just contact the OP and start a business.
In the end, the coding of the casino application itself is not the biggest problem, but that comes later. regular maintenance, update, and correction of defects. No matter how good OP is at his job, it takes more than one person. That's why everything seems quite immature to me, and therefore not the best recommendation.

Well from this post it seems that you are only looking for investments with no prototype of a working project. Many people have tried this before so if your intention is such, forget it, you are not going to get investments from here.

By the way, if you are experienced in IT and gaming industry what have you developed? Making a casino may not be difficult but to run it properly will require a lot of funds and experience. With the growing crypto casino industry, you need to develop a masterpiece in order to attract people towards your newly developed casino.
