Dogecoin Possibly the Official US Crypto?

Trump and Elon are supporting it would cause the price of Dogecoin to go through the roof essentially replacing Bitcoin as the top crypto. Since Bitcoin is already so expensive, Trump and Elon can't make a fortune on it, but Dogecoin presents the possibility for them to make Billions at the current price.

No matter what Trump and Elon do about DOGE, it will not still change it from being a shitcoin, and in the long run, those investors that invested in Doge because of Elon and Trump's hype on Doge will be disappointed and regret that they didn't choose bitcoin. No matter how expensive bitcoin is, it remains the king of crypto and nothing can change it because it solves problems that all the altcoins and meme coins joined together cannot solve.

At the the moment, dogecoin is still enjoying the current chain reaction from the Bitcoin bulk market and at that all the other speculation about the coin stance and whatever positive policy Trump does to the entire cryptocurrency market a lot has to do with the proposed usage of the coin as a utility coin on the platform of Elon musk and with the current dogecoin algorithm making it a utility coin will somehow be hard unless the source code of the coin will have to be touch and changes need to happen because of the concept and design behind dogecoin.

So for sure, a lot is expected from dogecoin and other memecions in the market because currently, this trend is actually having a massive positive effect on most memecions prices and volatility rates, this is a very important point since memecions was created as a joke alot of process in development of the coin could have been skipped and aimed been on achieving market presence and also gain load's of community of followers, this have been the hype that dogcoin was created on and adopting doge as a utility look a bit impossible.

Elon passed Bezos a while ago. Elon is already the world's "richest". There may be others with more money but they are not publicly listed.

Elon really needs to drop the DOGE obsession if he wants to be taken seriously in this administration. Elon was a huge part of helping Trump claim victory, there is no doubt about that but if this Republican administration is to promote crypto then it needs to be Bitcoin & hopefully as a government reserve asset.

And it's Cheap enough at .37 cents a coin that almost all Americans can get on board with it.

As someone who sold the majority of their Dogecoin between $0.001 and $0.20, $0.37 is kinda pricy. But relative to the price of Bitcoin & overall market cap, yes it is still super cheap. One of the amazing things about $DOGE that non-users don't know is that you can still do transactions for about 2 cents a pop.

The bigger question is, what is Elon Musk's involvement with doge-coins how have his holdings been going, and what is the possible tendency of him to go ahead into other cryptocurrency projects since the meme coin market is such at its young stage and a lot have to be achieved from it, this is a good way for him to have full control, so if Elon musk has no direct involvement with doge-coins project this project may not receive such support from the Trump administration.

Let us all wait to see how things are involved in the coming days and weeks ahead as the handover takes place, but I doubt if this current administration will have effects on the general cryptocurrency industry. The good thing is that Trump has a positive mindset towards crypto projects and that alone is a mainstream adoption.

No it's not possible for dogecoin to become the next official US crypto. There are more chances that BTC will become the next official US crypto.
