Unreasonable ban of Snork1979 account

I continue to observe: yesterday Vadi2323 has already reposted his trolling 12 times (doing this 10-15 minutes after the previous one was deleted by the moderators).

Update:
The third day of our valiant moderator Xal0lex's persistent fight against the malicious spammer Vadi2323 continues!

Today, on the 21st repost of his spam post, Vadi2323 called Xal0lex "asshole" and calls on other participants to bypass moderation:

I don't hide the fact that I'm not happy with Xal0lex as a moderator. I even created a thread about it here. Instead of helping to remove you forever, he gave a temporary ban. I'm sure if it weren't for him, you would have been removed from the forum long ago.

To everyone: I wish everyone to figure out who is right and who is wrong. I am not a lawyer or a judge. You all understand the forum better, you know better. I tried to figure it out, but I'm hated on all sides.

I know the Russian locale better than anyone. And who stands behind whom. And all the peculiarities which are unknown to all of you here. And no one wanted to consider your complaint about Xal0lex either, right?

What's very interesting: nobody complains about our Russian section moderator xandry.
Everyone only complains about Xal0lex.
And why is that?

In summary, what I've learned over the past month since I started this thread:

1) Ukrainian Nazis can write whatever they want on our forum without any consequences for themselves.
They can spam, troll, 21 times repost their deleted post (clearly violating the official rules of our forum) and call our moderator an asshole, and nothing will happen to them for this.
2) If someone disagrees with this (like me), then another ban for political reasons awaits them from our Ukrainian moderator Xal0lex.
3) Ban for political reasons - it's kind of "bad" (even for our level 80 troll suchmoon), but if it's "for Ukraine" - then it's good and right!
3) Global moderators can't do anything about it, and our forum administrators frankly don't give a shit about it and don't even read Meta.
4) Our main trolls, like suchmoon, can write any crap here that violates the forum rules, and they won't get in trouble for it either.
When they run out of any arguments, they just stupidly disappear, as I've already seen from suchmoon!
5) Welcome to our "Brave New World"!

P.S. I highly doubt that Satoshi Nakamoto wanted exactly this for free crypto...

I have not been following all the discussion of the thread but on the first thing you say you could be somewhat right. In the forum there are some unofficial rules that are applied in different ways depending on the cases. Also, some seemed to apply more before and not so much now, such as the ban for plagiarism, without us being clear as to why. But in calling suchmoon a troll you are wrong. With that you disavow your whole argument. I think he is the person with whom I have had more heated debates in the forum and I am clear, like pretty much everyone here, that he is not a troll. If you expect anyone to listen to you by saying that, you're missing the point.

Addition to my complaint about Xal0lex's illegal actions

1) There is a special topic in the Russian section for complaints about the actions of moderators: Complaints/Feedback on the actions of Moderators

2) Our moderator xandry directly confirmed on November 23 that it is possible to discuss the ban of Snork1979 there.

3) There has been a discussion of the ban of Snork1979 in that topic for over a month and no one has objected.

4) Yesterday Xal0lex started deleting my posts in the topic Complaints/Feedback on Moderators' Actions

Questions: why does Xal0lex delete complaints about him in a topic created specifically for this?
And why does Xal0lex violate the direct instructions of our other moderator (xandry)?
