Additionally, I believe procrastinating other activities and unconsciously or conscious going to gamble is a serious sign that you're way too into gambling addiction. I have seen lots of people miss opportunities because they shifted almost everything to create more time to gamble. perhaps op you have said it above but I still have to point to it because I have an experience on that.

Oh, the denial phase. I've seen many here that has been on that phase as well. On the flip side though, I've seen some gamblers who've said that they aren't addicted and after that, they really stopped gambling when they are out of funds already. For the second one, it seems like gambling is part of their life already and like their smartphones, they can't live without it. Another sign of addiction indeed.

I will add one to what you said. I don't know, but for me, a gambler is addicted if he/she constantly speaks about his/her experiences about it. Something like "I won yesterday, and it was X amount of money." then the same thing will be said after that, and it will continue on a daily basis. It's a bit connected to what you said that they're gambling every single day. They're gambling, but at the same time, they're sharing it to other people as well. But if we can check to ourselves, if we are deposit the money for some time, that can be included in to addicted gamblers although that is not too high. I would say that we should not be greedy at all. If I am greedy, then I will easily get addicted to gambling. Also, we should try to control our own mentality. If we have control over ourselves, we will not get addicted to anything easily.
