dca is basically the only way to stay sane in this market, it isnt just for newbies because even whales use it to build positions without nuking the price, do you set an alarm for your buys or just do it manually haha

1) You can buy manually, market order.

2) You can set up a buy order (limited order) within a reasonable amount of the current price (presumptively a bit lower yet likely to execute in a reasonable period of time - such as within a few hours or perhaps a day)

3) On some exchanges you can set up an automatic DCA such as weekly or daily.

You likely do not understand DCA very well if you think that it is a good idea to apply it to any "digital asset" or shitcoin.  That is absolutely retarded.

One of the underlying rationales for the employment of DCA is that the underlying asset has some strong enough fundamentals that are going to ultimately cause it to recover from any dip that it has and that in the longer term, the underlying asset is going up in value.  So DCA works with BTC because BTC has strong fundamentals and also BTC has tended to end up going up.

We cannot presume that shitcoins either have fundamentals or that any of them are going to go up in value, so you seem a bit retarded to be believing that the use of  DCA for shitcoins is going to end up working out.. and if you use DCA on shitcoins then you may well be fucking yourself for a very long time during the period that you are putting value into them and they continue to spiral into nothingness.

Surely, i would like to say that it is only an investor that is retarded that would think that way and not want to liverage on the easy link that DCA strategy creates for accumulation of bitcoin. Even though you have extra cash and want to lump sum, or even buy form the Dip, I still think it's very necessary you keep on with an ongoing DCA buys consistently. This makes your investment take a particular shape and it makes it easy for you to calculate your investment speed or progress before hand if you remain consistent in your weekly of monthly buys as planned. And of course, some reasons might trigger an increased or decrease in DCAing amount, and the DCA still offers the investor such an opportunity to adjust his buying amount either upwards or downwards as the case may be.

Furthermore, DCA also allows you to even Strat up your investment, buying in little fragments as low as $10 per week or month depending on your cash flow. So, I see no reason why someone would not use the DCA strategy of accumulating Bitcoin, no reason at all. It's the best so far

Thanks for the response and the information, I know understand more about the DCA that it is not favorable for every digital currency but some specific digital currencies like bitcoins due to it strong fundamentals. Some currency pairs are not suitable for DCA method because they could keep going for dips and more dips and we will keep applying DCA method then we might end up losing what we have been working for and that just due lack of strong fundamentals that the token has.

Yes.  Newbies and/or even guys in their first whole cycle (4 years) of bitcoin accumulation are likely better off to figure out ways that they can persistently, consistently, ongoingly, regularly and perhaps even aggressively accumulate bitcoin through ongoing buying and of course, strengthening their cashflow management practices/systems.  It might even take a whole cycle for newbies to really get into the groove of building up their bitcoin holdings... and so even after a whole cycle of consistently buying bitcoin, they might look at where they are at and assess where they would like to be, and they may well conclude that they are not yet in a position to change their practices, and they may well need to just continue with regular buying even into a second cycle and even if they might have had built up their bitcoin holdings fairly well in the prior cycle.. but the amount still might not be enough to really justify changing tactics... and yeah, guys are surely more empowered in their having had accumulated bitcoin, yet they stil might not be out of newbie status even though they had spent 4 full years doing it.
