That's unfortunate. Given that your issue comes all the way from January, which makes it about 4 months. Shouldn't it be a time for you to open a scam accusation with all the information?

You’re absolutely right—it’s already long overdue. Honestly, I’ve been holding off in the hope that the forum rep would finally address the issue. But that hope, like the hope of getting a reply to my emails, now seems completely misplaced.

I’ve been hesitant because putting together a proper scam accusation is a huge hassle—and I also know how easily they can ignore it, just like they’ve ignored everything else so far—but I’ll likely go ahead and open one very soon.

I personally do not also encourage people using VPN to access most of the gambling site as it extremely risk and dangerous to do, if you have no access to the site then fine it's important to write to support to know what they wanna say about your country, although maybe it could be some regulations issues or none compliance of the operational terms between your country laws to operate under that jurisdiction.

Upon research there's information shown that this casino is VPN friendly so I assume they allowed people to use that tool. But for more safety and get accurate information about this they should try to ask the support about this situation and try to ask if they are allowed to used VPN. If they give clearance and allow people to use that to avoid restriction then its good to continue, but if they discourage  people to do it then better move on and find another casino.

But if I know my country is in restricted list even if they allowed to use VPN I still choose not to gamble in their casino since for sure there would be a sudden change happen which can potentially harm us in future.
Or as a suggestion, what if Rakebit.com casino created an alternative domain like Stake did. .ac .tr etc. Maybe we don't have to worry and don't need to use a VPN.
Yeah this could be a very nice idea if they have an alternative site just as others did. Though people need to be extremely cautious of the site because there could be clone or a something that would lead to the fake site without having to access through the main site. If i am not mistakenly there is one casino that allows the use of VPN If i am not mistakenly it should be either Betpanda or Evo.io any of these site allow the use of vpn, please anyone out there stand a chance to correct me if i am wrong, because then I was reading through a forum post where someone said of the above mentioned gambling site uses vpn. Among the two I can't guess correctly.

Really, they haven't solved it yet? Have you created any threads on the scam accusations board? I haven't noticed yet. Can you please link it here so everyone can look and respond there? Its amount seems to be quite big; the issue should resolve as soon as possible. What are they exactly responding to through email? No KYC means there shouldn't be any issues for withdrawal.

Rakebit, please take a look at his issues. If your support team is not responding properly and not resolving things, then as a forum representative, you should be involved and solve the issues. If the forum members see this kind of withdrawal issue unsolved, then you may lose potential users from the forum, and your reputation would be ruined as well.

As far as I know, you got a reply to your mail on your case.

Technically, you could say I received replies to my emails, but none of them actually addressed my issue. I’ve finally taken the time to make this scam accusation because it seems the forum representative here is also unable to address — let alone resolve — the matter. For anyone curious about the content of these replies, please read the full scam accusation quoted below.

Dear Bitcointalk Forum,

About two months ago, I discovered that Rakebit Casino has a presence here on Bitcointalk. I brought their forum representatives' attention to an issue I've had with the casino: they confiscated over $35,000 in winnings without proper justification and have since ignored all my follow-up communications for over five months.

The forum representative failed to address the issue in two months. The only thing they were able to say was, "As far as I know, you got a reply to your mail on your case." This is untrue — I have not received any response in over five months. Therefore, I'm opening this scam accusation to formally present my case.

At the end of 2024, I was playing regularly at Rakebit, primarily blackjack. Up until this incident, I had a very positive impression of the casino. The support was decent, my VIP manager was friendly, and I had received several withdrawals worth thousands of dollars without issue. To be fair, I was heavily in the red throughout that time. In hindsight, that may explain the good customer care I received.

Unfortunately, in the last few days of 2024, I lost over $10,000. Then, on December 29, I deposited another $10,000. Although I nearly lost that too, I had a lucky streak that brought my balance well over $40,000.

On January 1, 2025, I requested three withdrawals: one for $10,000, another for $5,000, and a third for $10,000—leaving the rest in my account. None of these were processed. The very next day, on January 2, I discovered that my account had been suspended and all funds were inaccessible.

I contacted live support, who told me they would look into the matter and update me via email. When no update came, I reached out to my VIP manager on January 3, and was told my account had been suspended for review and that I would be informed of any developments.

Still, no updates followed. On January 11, I followed up again, asking how long the review process was expected to take. I was told — yet again — that there were no updates.

Another week passed. On January 18, I asked once more, this time hoping for at least an estimated timeframe, considering that $40,000 of my money was being held with zero communication. Again, I received only vague replies.

On January 27, I made one more inquiry. The response: still no updates.

Finally, on January 30, I received an email stating that my account had been reviewed and over $30,000 in winnings were confiscated. The justification was the following vague explanation:
"After careful review, we have found some inaccurate bonus growth, flagged by the system, as potential malfunction and/or bonus abuse.
As a result, you had anomalous growth on bonus cost and level progression, which caused a compound bonus effect.
A security and gaming session check found your gaming activity to be legitimate but not your promotional activity.
"

They returned only my last $10,000 deposit and confiscated the rest. I couldn't make sense of this explanation, especially since I didn't use any bonuses other than their permanent rakeback.

I replied the same day, asking for clarification, specific justification, and references to the relevant Terms and Conditions. I also reviewed their Terms and Bonus Policy and found some concerning clauses that allow Rakebit to freeze or confiscate player funds at their discretion, without any proof. I inquired about these clauses as well and asked what prevents Rakebit from arbitrarily seizing player funds. That was over five months ago, and I have not received a response since.

I contacted my VIP manager again on February 10, and again, no reply.

As my VIP manager was clearly unresponsive, I contacted Rakebit's Support Team on February 12 . Their only response was to refer me back to the same unresponsive VIP manager, blatantly ignoring my explanation that she wasn't replying. I responded to their message, reiterating once again that my VIP manager was not responding and asking for proper assistance. In their follow-up, they still referred me back to the same VIP manager, stating that they "cannot resolve [my] case on [their] own."

Frustrated, I filed a formal complaint, as instructed by Rakebit's own Terms and Conditions, which state that complaints must be addressed or escalated. Instead, I received another copy-paste response telling me to contact my VIP manager — the same one who has been ignoring me for weeks. I replied, stating that I found their response unacceptable, and I quoted their own Terms and Conditions outlining how complaints are supposed to be handled. Despite this, I received only the same generic, copy-paste reply once more.

On February 15, I withdrew the remaining $10,000 — the only amount they allowed me to keep.

Eventually, I posted a negative Trustpilot review explaining my case. A representative replied there, asking me to contact them by email. I did — yet again — and received the same generic response, once again directing me to the same unresponsive VIP manager. No actual help was provided.

How convenient that Rakebit suddenly detected a "malfunction and/or bonus abuse" only after I hit a winning streak — but not even a day earlier, when I lost a small fortune while playing the same way. Odd, isn't it?

I believe I've done everything reasonably possible to contact them and obtain a proper justification for the confiscated funds. It seems their support team is incapable of doing anything beyond repeatedly referring me back to my VIP manager — the same VIP manager who has been unresponsive for over five months now.

At this point, I doubt this case will ever be properly addressed. However, since Rakebit has a presence on this forum, I believe it's important for the community to be aware of how they operate. As long as you're losing, everything is smooth — but the moment your luck turns, there's suddenly a "system malfunction," they confiscate all your winnings and start to ignore you indefinitely.

No KYC or not, this shouldn't give you a reason to stall someone's case for almost six months. What is the point of no KYC if my money is going to be locked in the casino for go know how long?

Rakebit you need to get your mess together or else your reputation will go down the drain in no time.

Aren't there other casinos that allow their gamblers to use a VPN if, for example, the country of the players bans online gambling? But most of the time there are also other online casinos that do not allow the use of VPN.

Now if there is another way that a casino is thinking of as an alternative way for their casino players, I can also say that this is a good way for them and for sure their gamblers will also enjoy it.
If i am not mistakenly there is one casino that allows the use of VPN If i am not mistakenly it should be either Betpanda or Evo.io any of these site allow the use of vpn, please anyone out there stand a chance to correct me if i am wrong, because then I was reading through a forum post where someone said of the above mentioned gambling site uses vpn. Among the two I can't guess correctly.

VPNs are not allowed on EVO.io the last time I read their terms of service which is like a month or two ago.

Betpanda.io is indeed VPN-friendly. However, it must be noted that it's a different story if someone's in a prohibited jurisdiction by the casino in question as it would essentially mean breaking their terms of service. I would say the same goes for all if not most VPN-friendly casinos—at least, from the ones I've seen.

If the domain is banned by the ISP but the country isn't from casino's end. I would try changing DNS settings first, it could work.

Technically, you could say I received replies to my emails, but none of them actually addressed my issue. I’ve finally taken the time to make this scam accusation because it seems the forum representative here is also unable to address — let alone resolve — the matter. For anyone curious about the content of these replies, please read the full scam accusation quoted below.

There's also casino.guru as a mediator which you could try as well. Hopefully, they'd be able to share more supporting information about the alleged abuse and/or potential malfunction—does this mean malfunction on their end???

Just noticed the scam accusation thread that I pointed out yesterday in the above reply. For everyone, please take a look at this scam accusation that is unloved yet.

It seems that the user has been struggling for a couple of months to withdraw his winnings. But Rakebit isn't even responding after the withdrawal of his deposit amount. The winning amount has been frozen. Can you please be more specific why this user can't withdraw his winnings? How would a user misuse their bonus? This isn't the proper reason to freeze winning funds.

I advise solving the case as soon as possible if you don't want to ruin your reputation on the forum.

Besides, after reading your post (scam accusation), it looks like you didn’t provide any kind of proof! Why do you think anyone should believe you in this case?

Try to keep your post short and include as much evidence as possible (screenshots, video recordings, transaction ids..). Otherwise, no one will take it seriously or even bother to look into it. Keep in mind that no one likes reading wall of text.

If speaking of casinos that state in their terms and conditions that vpn use is allowed, there are quite a few considering the niche market. If we are talking about casinos that only state in their terms they dont allow vpns because they are forced to by law or regulation or both, but turn a blind eye or simply do not enforce measures to detect vpn usage with high success, we are talking about almost every casino on the market. Even sites that  supposedly have a strict approach to vpn usage. Some of the "stricter" ones are in my experience the poker sites like ggpoker and pokerstars, both of which i use a vpn on. I'd be here a while listing casinos i use or did use in the past with a vpn because it is all of them pretty much. The sites that i cant use with a normal vpn are, as i hinted to, poker sites such as wptglobal and partypoker, who have by far more sophisticated measures in place to detect a vpn.

Does that mean you cant use a vpn? Obviously not, it is easily bypassed by using a residential vpn. This routes your traffic through someone's actual ip in their home rather than a data centre. It feels like the entire user base of this site is so far out of touch with reality on the subject of vpns that its turned me off visiting for the most part, as its spoken about in literally every gambling post with more than a few dozen replies. Sometimes i wonder why or even how this is possible, but my guess is even said people couldnt answer that with complete clarity. Probably propaganda of sorts.

From what I could tell, this casino does not intend to pay you what you won. They returned your deposit because they want to minimize the damage to their reputation if you were to file a complaint against them.

I also doubt that they would post proof of the reasons they gave for not paying you your winnings and only paid you exactly the money you deposited. Their strategy will be to continue not resolving anything and sometimes responding to you with emails without a definitive solution in your favor so that they tire you out and you give up your money. This is a big red flag for anyone who wants to use this site.
