Although Trump is a more moderate president than previous US presidents and as we saw in his first term, there were hardly any wars. But I agree with you that he could find a way to end the conflict between Ukraine and Russia quickly but the war in the Middle East is a war that will directly impact US interests in that region. So regardless of who is right or wrong, Trump will continue the war if Israel wants it and if the purpose is to protect US interests in the region.

I don't know how far Trump wants to go with his neutrality but I think if this news is anything to go by, then Trump is looking for an amicable means for the war between Russia and Ukraine to cease. For me I don't see the benefits of this war, and I think Trump too it's seeing it from my own angle, so the best way is to approach it with neutrality so you can stand a better chance of having a negotiation that could help the ceasefire from both side, however I don't think his neutrality is for him to help sell weapons, it's about bringing a lasting solution for a ceasefire.

If Trump should do that, then he’s not ready to be on a neutral ground when it comes to war. I think it is unlikely Ukraine will stay neutral when comes to geopolitics and wars going on overseas, to be honest. There are just too many defense companies and military contractors in the United States which benefit from producing weapons and then allow the congress to export them to those zones in conflict, to they can pocket more and more money in a relatively small period of time.
Trump will try to maintain and image of a peace keeper and try to reach a deal in the case of the Ukraine war, but he will undoubtly continue to give full support to Israel on their ambition to take over more land in the middle east and defeat the regional foes of both Tel Aviv and Washington. It does not matter whether the president of Republican or Democrat, they are both in for wars,because that helps their donors continue to stockpile mountains of money.

From a political perspective, the war between Ukraine and Russia benefits the United States greatly because Russia is considered the United States' most formidable military opponent . With Russia engulfed in war, this would drain them economically and slow things down significantly especially in the arms race with the United States. But because Ukraine is costing the United States billions of dollars through arms subsidies, this is making its people unhappy and Trump does not support this .  That is why he made the promise and also quickly sought to end the war immediately after his election .

For us, war never brings any benefits because it will directly affect our lives, but for politicians it is completely the opposite because they are benefiting from it . Therefore , it is difficult to affirm that Trump will end the war , especially the war in the Middle East when the US's interests there are so great .

The way I see it, the intelligence and the political strategy for the coming years in the Trump administration are at risk of being compromised by Russian assets working for the USA and spying directly in favor of Putin.
