run ./goldiga-wallet-cli-[arch] --restore-deterministic-wallet on Linux  where [arch] is your CPU architecture (see the file name with ls command)

If windows, create the following text file using notepad :

goldiga-wallet-cli.exe (or goldiga-wallet-cli-sse2.exe if you use the SSE2 version) --restore-deterministic-wallet

save it as 'restore_wallet_from_seed.bat' and place it next to Goldiga binaries, run it.
