For example my friend got contact who offered to Him construction contract to do task wich he never done but money was 50k in 2 months.
My friend did watch youtube and learning all about this so it's a great example If you show the real numbers wich motivates people then they do everything.

That is a regular case this days, Not only your friend. Many people now for the sake of becoming rich quickly they agree to what they don't know and force themselves to do it. some achieve it while some destroy property and life because of using substandard material. So it's a normal case.

I think people are tired of doing things for small money people want to get well paid.
If you want to be taken seriously you need to show numbers show numbers the money numbers to people and anyone want to do things with you and work for you people Looking numbers, when we search jobs we first look the numbers, when we see highest pay then learning it's not problem If there is something wich skills i don't have but money is goood my time efforts even to wake up in the morning then off course i'll learn that.

Everyone need an upgrade or increase in payment. Some people are  actually skilled and have a specific amount they get paid, so they try looking out to see a place they can do same job with a higher pay rate. And of course not their fault because economic inflation is affecting their salary. And another problem that Leed to finding increase in payment is intemedation from the rich folks or friends.

The fact is that no nobody wants to be intemedated by no one in the society. The life of the society today is that the rich oppressing the poor, while the poor leave life to meet up the standard of the rich and this gives rise to leaving above expections and Leed many to problem of crime and being jailed as a result of greed and wanting to feel among. All I can say is that there is no need for people to fast forward above there capacity otherwise the end path will be disastrous.

Money motivates, and likely we have a lot downfall in society because people just not motivated for doing things for little money anymore, people don't compare themselfes with poor ones, when we look around now prior to chrstmas everbody seems to have money look around so many expensive cars around cities all around places in the world......all of this and show small money someone ?? that's not working really anymore! People now only move If they see money, If you live in usa nyc or florida states or California then you should get 7000$+ thats minimum

And many people "burn out" because they rather be homeless instead of doing for small money people have mentally hard to do things and put efforts in and still getting nothing and can barerly stay alive, so this situation will block just many people brains and they give up of everything they just give up it's a mental block they start losing feeling that they are valued in society.

So small money and low wages takes down countries If country want to make life great first things are make less taxes for companies who pay higher wages for workers.

Yes people have mental blocks and they stop functioning like normal and instead of doing little money at some point they don't do nothing at all many people will choose criminal ways and staying in jail got food atleast and can get involved criminal activities

To an extent you are right with your narrative about the fact that people want to see numbers before they can be motivated to do a particular job, but one thing you must understand is the fact that this particular situation does not apply to all cases, most people request for a higher number of pay because of the demand or the nature of the job, in some cases most employers of labor want to pay less because there is high demand for jobs, meanwhile that job is supposed to be a much higher paid job, so most person's will just relax and wait to get that same job but pays higher. However this does not stop the fact that there are lots of people who don't go for numbers, they just want a salary that can foot their bills and basic needs.

Absolutely right. Most of the people of the World are middle class who are doing nothing but they are wasting their time in doing job. Job is the duty which a person did for his employer and after he got some amount of money and after he is relax. When months starts job people think that job is best because there are millions of people who are searching for job and thank God we have job. And in the middle of month all is ok but when month is going to end job person thinks that job is waste and I am wasting my time because I have to wait more days to get pay and then month ends and new month starts and now he is happy with his salary.That is a situation of every person who is doing job and he did struggle to get this job and he arose from poor family.

You wont really be able to make progress into your life if you wont really be trying out to do something on which having that kind of extra income , because people will really be just that contented on what they do currently have despite of the challenges that they are currently facing on. We do really know that when it comes into this aspect then it will really be just that depending on a certain individual.

Human beings are naturally that get motivated on the time that they've seen someone whose really that being able to make huge amount of money or even just looking at their financial condition or status on which on the moment that they do get jealous then this is where the time that they will really be doing action. Somehow its not all the time that pertaining about jealousy but rather you can make it as an inspiration to make things better. If you are really that being having that kind of behavior on trying out to achieve things or having those goals and targets then it will really be that not a bad approach.

If you are really that contented into the things that you are really that having now and doesnt want to have that progress or changes then just stay on what or where you are in terms of financial aspect.
We are all thriving on getting rich and thats why as the moment that we do see opportunities then people will really be normally be able to dive in with those chances.

We will feel grateful when we can enjoy whatever we do and this does not mean that there is no belief to change our life for the better.
Most people will be grateful when they have a job and earn money but we need to make a plan for life to be better.
Big plans must be made and we must be able to use the money we earn from work to build a more independent small business so that we can manage our financial plans better.
Being poor is not a choice because everyone wants to be rich or at least have money to live better, but most poor people do not have a plan in their lives and they do not have the ability to get out of poverty because they feel unable.

Build self-awareness to manage a business and collect money from work to start, after that do an evaluation because the most important thing is to dare to do it, not be afraid to fail.
If we never try, who knows whether the business we run will succeed or not and vice versa people will continue to try to succeed without being afraid of failure.

I believe most of the people in the world are in lower class, not middle class. Lower class is not defined by a percentage or anything, it's defined by how they are living, and if they are living either in poverty or near poverty, like not have access to good education or healthcare, and housing and food, then they are in lower class and most people have terrible versions of this, most of the world lives in either open places because they are homeless or they have terrible shelter.

You look at USA or UK and think things are alright, but the world is far more than that and even in those nations homelessness is increasing like crazy as well. I hope that we can see how things could change on the long run as well.
