Regarding the VPN, I'm not actually sure if it is allowed since I haven't read the terms regarding this yet. I'll take a quick look later for my spare time or if anyone here who can confirm that.

Apparently, there is a restriction with my country and government most of the time banned unlicensed casino so of course it does not stop me to play, and currently using a VPN to access their platform and even make a bet on different games, such as slot games ive been doing this for a long time and I havent experience any problem even make a deposit and withdrawal to their platform. There are some servers here in Brazil that are blocking betting sites, but not all of them

Exactly. I never had to "apply" for an account closure, this is actually crazy. Imagine somebody has a gambling problem and needs his account to be self excluded or closed quick. This is definitely not the way to handle this. It took them several hours to finally close my account, time in which somebody else might have lost way more money than he should have if they acted immediately. I mean even the process in the chat was ridiculous, taking over 1 hour to finally reach the end, being moved through 4 "agents" and they gave the same draft replies over and over again. Sorry but honestly, 1win has one of the worst customer support I have encountered in the past years, I hope for their users they will work on that because if they won't it's easy to loser players.
Having a fast and responsive (and human) customer support is essential. Talking to somebody that feels like a bot, even though it clearly wasn't, makes you feel disrespected. Such an easy thing to improve if you actually care.

This is when I wish they was a YES NO option for multibets,,, as in, you make this multi and in the betslip you can pick 'No'. Because 5 games, yes they look easy,,, but I can smell one failure to win from Chelsea, Liverpool or Bournemouth   Nottingham is the weakest team there but they are so angry now they will probably try to at least keep clean sheet. And Chelsea is Chelsea

The problem here is the spam to your number as you mentioned. There should be a checkbox when in the registering process to accept or deny marketing contacts and offers to the number, and I hope 1win considers this if this was the reason you decided to abandon the casino

Long story short, I was asking about deposit bonus. Support asked me few questions then suddenly ditched me by saying 'I'll connect an employee from the promo department'. It was a simple questions though, yet I was ditched and the 'promo employee' replied back 26 minutes after he ditched me

All I can guess is that they probably use 3rd party support service that have no clue about the site at all so their response are always kinda generic. They probably have some sort of manual book that have pre-arranged responses to the issue. If customer ask about issue A, support will answer with B and so on which feels like Im chatting with a chatbot


Im saying this without the intention of disrecpecting or spouting nonsense about 1win. I've had pleasant experience here so far regarding my deposit and withdrawal so totally no issue on this part but if 1win wants to improve then their support service should be the top priority

I saw the Op in the official announcement thread was active for last two or there about. They have a reputation in the forum and they have to maintain that. And customer support is part of it.

I had messaged the OP a long time ago about their customer support and told him that they need to improve their customer support but I did not get any response from them. Actually, customer support is a place of trust for users. All gamblers always think that if they face any kind of problem, then only customer support can give them a quick solution. If gamblers admit to having a bad experience by going to that customer support, it ruins the reputation of that platform. 1win has built a pretty good reputation on this forum so they should solve all these minor lagging very quickly. Otherwise, these issues will create negativity towards them among the users.

Your selections are not bad terrible as they're legs I would play myself. However, these days, I prefer match shots to player shots. For this weekend, I'm thinking of trying 1up and 2up early goal option for favorites especially if they're away.
