I come across bookmaker ads on Telegram every day. In addition, their posts are quite large. For what reason? So that a person would definitely pay attention to it. Really, it is incredibly difficult not to notice such a message. If possible, I will definitely take a screenshot and post it in this thread for review. Can this be considered aggressive advertising? Rather "yes" than "no". Since it is shown directly to the community members and there is no way to avoid it. Lately, this has even begun to irritate me. It is shown too often.

I'm really annoyed with these YouTube ads. I'm enjoy watching videos, learn some new skills, and these ads just keep popping up. They're always talking about some casino or betting site, saying "win this" or "win that" to celebrate the festive season. It's like, I get it, you want to make money, but can't you just do it without being so annoying?

And it's not just the gambling ads, there are other ads too. They're all just trying to get your attention, but they're really just obstructing user viewing experience.

I understand that ads are a part of YouTube, and I'm okay with that. But can't they just be more considerate of the user experience? It feels like they're not even thinking about how these ads are affecting viewers. They're just pushing them out, one after the other, without any regard for how discomforting it can be.

That is also just noticed yesterday, it seems BC has become an official sponsor for the super notifier bot which is used by hundreds of people here in the forum. Though, I am not sure whether I would be ready to call that some kind of aggressive advertisement by a casino, after all the bot needs money to keep itself online and the creator of the bot probably cannot longer keep it running only appealing to donations from people who find it useful, so searching for economical support elsewhere is the logical thing to do.

Also, you must keep in mind we are in holidays seasons, when people get access to extra money from monies from their jobs and also money which is given to them by family members, casinos knows that and they try to get their percentage of that holiday money for themselves. Otherwise, they would not show off their holiday bonuses or send emails promoting their gamblers to join in wagering contests in this season.
They are business, after all.

Perhaps what the OP meant is that we haven't seen this kind of advertisement before and by now it looks like the norm to see gambling sites being promoted in all social media platforms. And we only see this in let's say in sports, wherein you will see that there is a logo of a gambling sites, whether it's fiat or crypto base. But now, it's totally different, not only that it will be promoted in big events like in boxing or NBA or any other sports, but simply if you watch some unrelated video in gambling in let's say in Youtube, you will see such gambling sites promoted and being inserted as ads in the video itself.

For the super notifier bot I have taken record of this for the past few days so I was like wasn't able to comprehend how come I'm seeing that on notification bots, though after every I just have to notice that it is a paid advert so therefore whomever that gets notified or installed notification bot will definitely see it appear under the mention or quote from the bots. Usually this is a smart move and a smart way of making promotion and advert, to me they can reach wider range of audience or users who have the bots installed in their phone so they can easily sign up using the link over there to start gambling or playing whichever games they feels like playing on their gambling site.

It has always been like before, but the advanced ones I noticed are the too-frequent popups on websites, clickbait system, annoying irrelevant redirecting when you click a link and even scrolling a page could redirect you to casino adverts now.

I usually have adblocker on my phone so I rarely see any ads but whenever I move to my mobile and browse through X, the amount of adverts I see is insane. Some from casinos, some generic adverts for products, and stuff. It's just mind-numbing how a social media platform has that kind of add for like literally a few scrolls in your timeline. I've always expected those ads to exist only in those article oriented type of sites? Where you see an ad every paragraph lol.

Other than those types not really. Just frustrates me how social media seems like going closer and closer to showing ads more and more.

Any product that does not get money from its users seeks to monetize itself and advertising is probably the only possible option for this.

I do not see anything wrong when advertising is not prohibited things such as casinos, sports betting, etc. Of course, if the ads are not shown more often than content, which also happens. I am very scared that Google ads often contain outright scam aimed at phishing users.

I also noticed it yesterday, and it was quite surprising because this casino is really massive in advertising.
In this forum they feel that it is not enough just with a signature campaign but also do other promotions including being a sponsor for the UCL pool.

Recent uncommon or aggressive casino adverts Hmmmm I dont really notice about advert But I do remember Rollbit ads on twitter that showed some profit and losses of the SEC chair Gary Gensler  with 2 Million of dollar in profit shorting bitcoin hahahha of course this only joke but In my opinion it could be true.

back then Gary didnt like about crypto and aggresive about crypto market in a whole so those ads really goods hahha when rollbit announced their new Futures market on their site

I’m not if this is new but the sports channel keeps spouting about betting on specific platform which is an aggressive way to promote gambling since not all sports fan is a gambler while this announcer assuming that everyone is in to gambling.

Another instances that I notice is the use of regular streamer that was not supposed to be having a gambling content but right now only stream casino games and promotes to the viewers while there’s some young audience since his original content is for general age such as gaming.

Casino is now very aggressive on marketing since they don’t care anymore about minors.

You can hardly move few minutes without seeing a gambling advert on large billboards. I think this is an old model of engaging in publicity because companies have been using it for a long time. But the challenging part of this physical billboard advert is that almost everyone would see them. This will expose both qualified and underaged gamblers to these promotion. I was even unhappy when I saw one close to a high school. There should be laws to protect children from gambling.

These days gambling adverts on social media are almost uncontrollable. They are just everywhere and one needs to be careful not to be attracted to them. I just discovered that a music platform where I download free song  is now been sponsored by a casino. For me, I don't give them so much attention because I don't intend changing my gambling platform..

It is Stake, isn't it? Lol. If you see the reactions of casual users of X, they are getting annoyed by the constant appearance of the casino's watermark in almost every single picture or video and many times a community note has to clear that it is an advertisement which the platform does not support. It has been so noticeable that it has become a running joke among X users. People might think they are ridiculing the casino but actually the more we joke about it, regardless of the intention, still allows the casino to succeed in getting more exposure.

My worries is that gambling advertisements have been rampant in social media and since I have a teen, he might be thinking that gambling is good and reliable enough since these advertisements have been receiving positive feedbacks from its new and old players. Instead of studying hard so he can land a good job in the future, he might be trap in a gambling ad and would really think that these gambling casinos could make the people get rich quick.

This is true but what about the TV channels that you are watching at home and you saw gambling site adverts. Children can be watching the content of the channel with you.

Another one is a signboard that is used to advertise a gambling site where everybody including children will be seeing it on the road.
