1. Competition: Business people in my area always copy ideas. Immediately you start a business in an area, be ready to see new businesses springing up and offering thesame services or products.

2. Double taxation: The tax system in my country is highly flured. It is common to see different tax bodies asking for almost thesame payments several times.

3. Insecurity: You should have systems that protects your business from theft and other crimes Reduce cash payment and ensure that you have security tools like burglary proofs, CCTV cameras, alarms, etc.

Aside the funding which is the major part of the whole thing, the running of business is most at times the challenge. Finding the right people to help run the business are somewhat a big issue and that’s why mostly you as an entrepreneur should be going into something you fully are into or something you have knowledge about, because most at times it is great to manage the business when it is at Infancy stage yourself other than to give to someone else because this stage requires patience.

The main problem of entrepreneurs is the persimistic nature of most people who venture into small businesses. They're doing it the general way, nobody wants to trust the instinct in them that sounds abstract from the traditional method of succeeding in a business. However, those who try new things with lesser fear of failure tend to progress on the long run. Another down side is the lack of planning. It's not simple to organize a business that solves problems but inadequate control of the platform can cause it to fail entirely.

Competition is a challenge that must be faced in real terms and when starting a business, of course we will face competition with other existing businesses or our business will be followed by others and this will create tight competition and tight competition can make it difficult for our business to be recognized and develop or businesses that are already running and developing become undeveloped due to competition.

And this problem always exists in every business and this will make us more active in working, not giving up easily and continuing to innovate, fixing deficiencies or coming up with brilliant and unique ideas so that the business that is run continues to run well and providing comfort and a sense of security to every customer is a must.

And besides that, bad things usually happen to beginners and usually want profits in a short time, and this is also a challenge that must be faced in addition to other challenges that have the potential to make them give up easily because each business has different patterns and rhythms, some have only been running for 1 month or a few months and immediately get profits and some have been 1 or 2 years or even more. And this really needs to be considered and thought about, because this problem can make us give up easily and actually it is all a process that will make our efforts successful in the long term, but in reality this is what makes most people give up easily.

Is a good start for an entrepreneur who has a high goal to attain in the future, however for a business starter the first challenge is sighting out a visible and busy location, so after identifying it, the next challenge is planning which ask the question of what business am I going to do and how is the patronage, so if perhaps you choose a hotel business, the first challenges is the manpower because hotel is a very lucrative business that requires employing several individuals.

How would you no if the person is suitable for the position he or she is applying for is another challenge and after then the managerial position is another issue because you need somebody you can trust to run your business if you are not around, however another challenge i would add based on my experience in a hotel business is that most people come to the hotel for relaxation because of the good environment and occupying the space for others to come in without patronizing the company either drink or anything, so managing those kind of people without chasing them away is another issue, so actually those are the challenges you can face if you are going into a hotel business, though I don't no the business of your choice but my above mentioned business is just like an example of what it looks like but you can narrow it down to your desire choice of business, hope it will be of help to your cousin.

The thing is, since he has the idea of starting a business, he should just go on and start it, first we don't know the kind of business he wants to embark upon, so it will be hard go give a direct explanation on the kind of challenges he might face, however upon starting the business, he will face the challenges and know how to overcome it, but he shouldn't have the mentality of thinking he won't face challenges. More so, for a contemporary business environment, what he should look out for, are the weak points of his competitors, those things he thinks they don't have and make provision for them, so he can have an edge.

The challenge really depends on what kind of business he wants to run but let me tell someone common facts, most of the people raise capital needed to start or own a business but they never prepared for the running costs which is must and they should not expect revenue in the next month itself to pay the salary, rent and any expenses comes with the business so along with capital the person should atleast have 3 to 6 months of running capital.

What I've learned from the successful businessmen and entrepreneurs, they always say that it's not about the capital but about the initiative. Every entrepreneur will definitely have their own pressures and depending on what business they run, especially as a beginner entrepreneur, there are many challenges to face. In addition to capital and facing today's business environment. This other challenge is also about our mentality and readiness to face all the risks that will occur in the future. What is certain is that all lifestyles will change, no more hanging out, and no longer eating monthly salaries, even having to give salaries to others.

In addition, the next challenge will even be the main challenge that must be faced is maintaining cash flow in the early stages, you have to do part-time work on weekends, so that the business continues to run. Finding a good supplier is a big challenge. Finding the right person to evaluate products, storage space, and product quantity. Self Doubt: Yeah, today's entrepreneur have to deal everyday with self doubt due to the changes in terms of technology, marketing strategies and the fast pace at how things change and how customers or clients are willing to move on or should I say not give you a second chance once they feel like another business offering the same service has more "blink blinks" than you.

Wokeness culture: the woke culture is terrible. So many people are very sensitive and always in their feelings these days. They are ready to cancel you and whatever other shit it is they do once they see that your not woke enough for them.

The world is always evolving but some challenges stay the same - entrepreneurs have always had to be the master of all trades, however it is getting ever harder to do things like set up a basic website because of things like GDPR or privacy laws, which can add many layers of legal requirements just to create the most simple site. There is also intense competition these days, so if you manage to come up with a unique product that gains traction, unless you have some sort of patent registration (and even with it), you'll be targeted by mass scale manufacturers who will ramp up to copy your product on a large scale and probably be able to undercut you on pricing. They will then try to take away your market share, so you need to secure your profits quickly.

What is certain in this case is that in addition to capital, we are also entrepreneurs who are just starting a career in doing entrepreneurship, we must be able to prepare for all forms that will definitely exist and in this case competition is the most common thing that happens and we must be able to minimize this in several ways in order to attract consumer interest such as in services or places that have been well prepared so that consumers feel comfortable.

I was once in a fast food business and indeed at first it went quite smoothly where I was the only one who did it in the neighborhood where I lived, but after seeing the purchasing power was quite crowded, it was certain that this was not easy where there were several of my neighbors doing the same thing and competition could not be avoided so to minimize this I tried to improve good service and the condition of the place. To minimize this, I try to improve good service power and slightly different place conditions so that consumers are comfortable when making purchases at my place and things like this still seem to be worth it to do because after all, when we try to be entrepreneurs or do business with any service including services in the end service becomes a mandatory thing that must be noticed by the clients or consumers we have.

Well, thats a pretty open-ended question there.  The hurdles facing your cousin specifically kinda depend on the details - his industry, customers, business plan, regulations to follow, and stuff like that.  It would help to know what hes thinking of doing as a young entrepreneur.  Then the folks here could maybe toss some solid, tailored advice his way, you know?  But in general terms he should probably brace for things like funding struggles, lots of mistakes in the beginning, workflow challenges when its just him running everything, legal paperwork headaches figuring out taxes and finances properly.  Doubt itll be a smooth ride.  Though if he stays resilient through the early struggles, he could still thrive and make it work over time.

I'll say One of them is customer relationship and behavior.it stands as a big obstacle to businesses and to young entrepreneurs too.All businesses undergo challenges,and customer relationship and behavior is a huge factor that depreciates a business reputation and standards.There're slightly ways to tackle this,but most businesses are on the verge of being wrapped up because of inconsistency.

Aside the capital, money can still be considered as a challenge due to Incompetent, this is common also managing the business involves money. If I should list few challenges I might consider competition as the main factor new business face, I guess the person in question is new to the business and it might take a little time before he/she understands what exactly is needed for the growth of the business that’s why it’s advisable to study the business field first.
