Password Options & Info:
The c=BTC means you're using a BTC address in your worker name to get paid.
You can use a different address to get paid in a different coin, just change the c= part in the password)

c=LTC for a litecoin address
c=BCH for bitcoin cash address
c=DOGE for Doge address
(Check with ZERG pool if they pay that currency before using a less popular coin to be paid in)

The mc=bch/btcs/ means your helping & sharing the rewards if we mine a BCH or BTCS block.
You can change this section if you want to only help and share the rewards of certain blocks.
mc=BCH means your only helping with BCH, mc=BCH/BTCS means you helping with BCH and BTCS.
