I said it was a bad idea taking out a loan to start trading; no matter any opportunity you think you stumbled on. You can take out a loan for other things but don't do it with trading. Let's just say he even succeed in making profit to pay the loan, this can even be a trap that he will still consider to take another loan to trade and this time the outcome can be totally different because trading is unpredictable.  Their is no need taking a loan to trade because it is a bad idea if even it favours  you somehow, then what will happen when next you take a loan to trade. It is better never to take loan for trading, instead save up some amount of money for trading or to get a steady income thst can generate income.

Not only do you want to take on debt but you want to margin trade with it? Lol.  Thats a terrible idea.  One bad spime and you can get margin called and get wiped.  Also ypu are paying 20-30% on that loan?  Do ypurself a favor and just work a ton to earn the money.  Its never good to go out on debt to gamble.

First thing first I thank to you all for sharing your opinions with me. If I don't lose the base money then yes I can surely handle the loan's interest. But if I lose like %20-30 then bell of chaos is likely to start ringing.

I hope you are still reading this. Don't do that, don't start trading with 3x-5x leverage, that is very risky. If you can pay your loan easily with your current salary, then I would probably risk it because in the bull run, it's easy to make money, the price only goes up and rarely comes down, even if it comes down, this process is temporary. I'd buy Bitcoin at 90K with a 3x margin, 5x is too much and too risky.

Keep in mind that even if you risk but luckily profit with 3x-5x leverage, don't let this boost your ego because believe me, there will come a time when you'll lose very hard like I did and don't let that time come. Be consistent and careful, try to build your wealth slowly.

Unless he is Saylor, taking loans and then invest that money on Bitcoin as he has a lot of leverage because of his company. But there are still some who thinks that this strategy is stupid and it will make Microstrategy bankrupt if Bitcoin prices goes down hard.

But the thing is that even the stocks of Microstrategy is also up and so with that, their profits is enough to paid those loans already. However, for average joe traders like the majority of us, this might not work, we still need some money outside of our profits in trading that we can used as leverage in case we lost our trading money. So before using this kind of strategy, you also need to understand the risk and learn how to mitigate it.

All I can tell you op, if you have other resources to pay off your debt, go for it. Just don't forget to be responsible in paying off the money you borrow. Now, if you use the money you borrow in Bitcoin, it's better because at least you'll surely get some profit in the end.

If you also buy from other top alts, it's okay as long as they're in the top 30, it can be considered safe anyway, though the risk is very minimal in my pinion.

There are some moments or times that you do see some opportunity on which you do really that believe that it would really be that beneficial and since they dont have that money or enough capital and this is why they will really be that considering on taking up some loan or borrowed funds. It's always like that because when a money that is borrowed to trade it put tension into the trader's mind whereby complicating every thinking of the trader, when there is any dump while trading automatically you got scared about losing the entire borrowed funds that is why you would find a trader or investor dumping their investments due to fear of uncertain.
