If a gambler does not have time to gamble during holiday which is very possible, no need to gamble. But for a gambler that have time and feel like gambling, while not just gamble. People are different from one another and we are occupied with different events this time but there are some gamblers that will still gamble and some will not gamble this time.

shouldn't holidays be about the family? if you are gambling during the holiday and not spending time with your family i would suggest you to stop and use this season to bond with your family you can go gamble the whole  year and leave a few days off to just spend time with your family life is so short you will soon realize that there are some moments in life where you should have just used that time to be with your family i know that it is also vacation and you probably have a lot of money at this time but you can go gambling after the new year but christmas and new years celebration is for the family

There's no tradition here in our country that says we cannot gamble because of the festivity, but we limit our time to gamble; we have prepared for this holiday several weeks ahead, so we have to give it time and effort after the festivity. We can then play online, usually late at night.
Yesterday was different; we had so many visitors, so there was no time to gamble; we just ate, drank, and sang our hearts out through our videoke.

I think there’s no such countries that adopts a tradition wherein we cannot gamble during holidays. That’s already based on individual’s preferences whether he’ll still gamble or not. But if time and money permits, people will still resort into gambling, but maybe limit some funds to bet to avoid too much losses, since having this festivity around also requires sufficient amount of money so you can enjoy the rest of the holidays with your family and friends.

While gambling will still be highly possible, but if you want to value more time with your loved ones, then gambling should be minimized this time.

It depends on the individual and their respective general work schedule, that will determine if to take a time either off or On gambling during a holiday season like this. But on a general scale, I don't think should have any effect on an individual, most especially now that gambling has been made easily accessible where you could gamble from your smartphone, anytime at anywhere.  So speaking on behalf of myself. I don't think holiday has any effect on my gambling behavior, except if it's a football holiday E.g Premier League break and e.t.c when no matches are played for an entire week or more. Since majority of the games I gamble on are soccer.

It depends from one person to another, because a responsible gambler will always have funds to gamble either during a holiday season or not.

I literally don't have a specific tradition on holidays, I usually maintain my usual gambling schedule by gambling what I can always afford to lose on selected games, while I wait for it's outcome in good faith, without much expectations, knowing fully well that gambling is a game of luck, where you can either win or lose your capital.

I'm on vacation but I can still gamble. not because I have a lot of money but because I already have the budget. although the gambling activities that I do are of course reduced because of my vacation activities. only small bets that of course do not waste much time, it only places small bets when everyone is resting from their vacation. of course, not much time can be spent on gambling because we are having time with many family members.

This period is really the time to spend with family and loved ones, especially for those whose work doesn't always give them enough time to spend with their people, but for those who are always free and live with their family, they might not treat this period much differently unless for the celebrations.

These days, it doesn't take much to gamble; any free period can be used, maybe 30 minutes or an hour a day.

Every players that I know as were celebrating Christmas holidays with their family yesterday, I think it will be foolish of me to think I should bet on any teams that played match yesterday. Actually, there were some teams that played Christmas friendly matches that yesterday but I'm not that addicted to gamble on games that I don't know about, you will only lose money on them and some looks too manipulated to favor their own bets

It will be fun for people that likes casino games, it's the holidays  I mean what more can you do if you don't have fun, this doesn't get repeated all the time. There is no specific tradition that I have about gambling on holidays. But it really comes back to each individual about how they gamble on holidays. Some may have no problem gambling while on holiday, maybe because all times are the same for them. But there are also those who avoid gambling while on holiday because their losses in gambling can cause their mood to be bad and that ruins their holiday.

As for me, I don't make anything specific about gambling on holidays. If I feel like it, then I will gamble, but if not then I will avoid it. It's just that simple in my opinion.

Basically everyone is free to make decisions about which one they will choose, or what I mean is you are free to decide whether you will fill your vacation time with gambling or not, as you said that you don't really like filling your vacation with gambling which you might prefer to do other activities that are also fun like vacationing with family.

For me, it usually depends on the situation, if for example in between vacation time some of my friends invite me to gamble together then of course I will do it too, but that is also when I have some money that is really ready to be lost, casino games are my favorite.

Of course I understand that this is a natural process of winning and losing, but sometimes I can worry too much and experience a lot of emotions about this. Gambling has become a common activity done every day, so during big celebrations I actually take a break from gambling and enjoy the quiet time outside of gambling. You know there is still entertainment that can be played without having to bet money. But some people definitely make gambling as a complement to enliven Christmas.
