Apart from technical analysis, psychology, and candlestick patterns, I wonder if there's a simpler way to predict the possible movement of cryptocurrencies like BTC,
Talking of simpler ways, there might be, but the question now lies on how accurate, because at the end of the day, whatever conclusion you come up with will still be a speculation. Though, news and rumors can still give an edge or act as an hint in giving a direction on price to predict, but it is never still a 100% guarantee that the end prediction will become accurate. there are a lots of crypto that include serious project to clear scam from the scratch. of course you can try to predict any price or value. but this doesn't means you will be profitable.
I think that btc price will ever go up. I mean in 10 years from now I am expeting a price higher then nowadays. Its impossible to say something similar in day by day trading. or even monthly trading.
And the reality is that, even those who still makes analysis and research still ends up making losses sometimes. So using other methods that will be suggested won't give a different result. I remembered before the US election, so many people came up with a close prediction of $100K using both analysis and previous events, but at the end of the day, the speculation ended up becoming true, which still proves that news can still do something to some extent.

Learn about cycles, OP - and be a happy hodler.
Knowing about circles works, pair that with important skill like the ability to spot support and resistance without stress and you'll be able to predict price trend with a good percentage of success.. if you're good with cycles, why not consider this. Crypto new year carnival there's generous amount of USDT to be gotten..

You should be able to predict the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency without any trading expertise but know that your prediction will be closer to being incorrect than being correct because of your lack of knowledge of some certain key principles to look out for. With more knowledge on trading your predictive skills concerning the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency will become sharper, your predictions will then likely be more correct than wrong. The best thing is to know the sentiment and the movement that would undergo at all and get good PNL from it - but it's very hard and easier said than done. The exact price wouldn't matter - the result is.

while AI is already solving complex problems in various industries, the cryptocurrency trading space still lacks a reliable solution for predicting price movements. The use of AI is not a perfect solution on all human demands, though it has been helping in some ways, but not on all is it applicable, if it has been that helpful on trading, most of the traders could have prefer the use of AI for their trading, but things does not work in most cases as we may thought about them. Apart from technical analysis, psychology, and candlestick patterns, I wonder if there's a simpler way to predict the possible movement of cryptocurrencies like BTC, BGB, and DOGE without requiring extensive trading knowledge.
One can use his intellect or psychological reasoning to predict on the market moves, yet we must make use of the chart for this, because there is nothing to use without first considering the chart in knowing the actual market condition of any coin in consideration.

I wish someone would teach me how to predict crypto prices with our without having trading or analysis experience. Because I think this is impossible. How many time we read predictions from experts, and they either fail, or are very long period predictions. I dont count prediction as «in 2050, Bitcoin would cost more than its price on December 31 2024, and it would cost $+200k.» That is not a prediction, that is a hope and random guessing.
Yeah fact is it's not possible except you just plainly guess which would be wrong most of the time. To be able to predict price movements you need to first have a basic knowledge of how the market works also known as market dynamics and that is what a typical technical trader focuses on most time to place trades. The idea is that the market is moved by two main factors which are the normal technical factors which are just more like theoretical factors but applicable and the fundamental factors. In fact fundamental factors are the real deal and they create volatility typically.

If you don’t have an experience yet then just go and do it. If you are looking for a method where you absolutely don’t need to use any kind of analysis then I don’t think you can succeed in predicting market prices But if someone is feeling insecure about not having enough experience, I say just do it. How will you gain experience if you are too scared to do it? If you fail or do something wrong, you’ll learn from it and do better next time.

Do we actually need price prediction for Bitcoin price movement since we know that the price will move and we all know that holding Bitcoin for a long time will surely give profit? Then why the short-term price prediction for Bitcoin? Maybe for Altcoins it is necessary because of people that have already taken crypto trading as their main source of income; they need the price prediction methods in order to know how to trade and be profitable; however, I think the technical analysis and the other methods have been used are enough because they are not complaining; but if they can get an AI to be doing the job, it will be easier and also be risky because we have seen how people are losing money through the use of trading bots, which is also an AI.

As a newbie, can fundamentals or just basic supply & demand zones work? You cannot learn this in a week or in a month. You need to invest your time in the crypto space to learn how the movement happens. I have been in the crypto market for a couple of years already, yet I don't think I can predict the market correctly. The problem is, that the crypto pattern always does not match each other. But you can increase your chances by following a couple of things. One of them is to be aware of recent events and news about a specific crypto. For example, we have seen a recent price surge of BGB while the entire market was crashing. The reason behind that price surge is, that BGB and BWB are going to be merged. So, you have to check the crypto news and blogs so you can understand what is going to happen. You mentioned that BGB and BWB are going to be merged - can you please elaborate more on this development? Also, which exchanges currently support BGB, and do you think it's a good time to invest in it? I'm eager to learn more about this cryptocurrency and its potential.

Crypto trading is exciting but tricky for a complete beginner. AI tools like Incite AI may predict trends by processing bunch of data, but it is far from perfect. For a beginner, it's more important to understand basic concepts of supply and demand zones. Prices depend on rather abstract things such as market sentiment and world events, so it isn't really that simple. It is not possible to predict cryptocurrency prices, but basic analysis combined with research and advice from well experienced traders goes a long way. Serious investors would start small while continuously learning.

Predictions and speculations are called that way for a reason. They are not certain - they are literally the embodiment of thoughts and beliefs we have on the market or on Bitcoin itself - and that's why we need to accumulate enough knowledge to be able to compile the biggest picture to see all the things to achieve what we need in the end.
Even if you accumulate enough knowledge, that doesn't mean you will have an accurate prediction for Bitcoin price. Bitcoin can go to anywhere without you notice and you can prepare for the next thing that will happens to Bitcoin. If the price is increase, that will be your time to take your profit by selling some. But if the price is decrease, that will be your time to buy back more Bitcoin. That is what traders do so they must adapt with the current situation so they can also takes the benefits for them. We can not predict accurately, but we can follows where the price moves by our analysis. So we just act based on the current situation which happen.

I would say that majority here doesn't have the expertise, perhaps the basic on technical analysis. However, it doesn't mean that you can't make a good prediction. It's just a wild and educated guess so that is the simplest way to predict the price movement. No need to be rocket scientist here, maybe if you have been here in the market long enough to see the pattern, 4 year cycle and top price in the last quarter, 2017, 2021, and then this year 2025. Another is do not complicate things in your end specially if you are going to be a long term longer.

Without having those knowledge about technical or fundamental analysis of crypto price movement, you will end up guessing where the price will head on to and you can be wrong many times compare to how accurate you can be. To properly analyze the price of crypto and have an edge over where the market it headed, you need to have experienced in technical analysis, if you don't have such idea then you will be wrong many times in price predictions.

You cannot predict the outcome of the market even if you are good in trading and know what tools are helpful for your trade since the market will remain unpredictable. But trading require some certain knowledge and you should not go without having good understanding on what you are trying to do with your trades. Since there are sudden unexpected scenario will came and you need to have good strategy to know what other possible action to cover everything especially if situation didn't come the same as what you planned for. So try to learn those things you mentioned since trading is not for lazy person it requires a lot of research and understandings because it will help you possibly gain profit with this earning option.

You can speculate and predict the price movement of Bitcoin even without a proper understanding of the market nor deep knowledge about trading. There are lots of people who does that like influencers to say a few. But the problem would be the precision of your prediction. It would be like hitting a ball blindfolded if you predict prices without proper knowledge of the market. Fundamental analysis is a good way to predict long term movement of the market price but it will fall short if you want to predict short term movement of the market since technical analysis is much more fitted for that.

And with all that, people still cant correctly calculate what will be bitcoin price next week. With all that, how come inexperienced even predict something and it wont be a huge luck and random?

You can be a person who doesn't trade and still predicts the price of Bitcoin if you actively read crypto-related news and are always updated. I've been in cryptos since 2015 but I haven't been trading till 2020 but my experience from reading crypto news was enough for me to predict Bitcoin's price. From my 2017 year's experience, I knew that Bitcoin was going to rise in 2020 after halving and in 2018 I started holding of Bitcoin, then I sold it in 2021 and bought it again in 2023 and held it again, and I'll sell it in 2026. This is my strategy because I tried day trading but it was very difficult and stressful for me, I had to spend days and nights on watching candles, and I couldn't do this long-term. I advise you to don't trade daily but set long-term plans, carefully watch crypto news and always try to be up to date as soon as possible. People who get notified about news first, have an advantage over those who are sleeping or haven't seen the news and don't know why is the price going up or down.

Btc go up longer term. Find any 5 year time that bt. Did not go up. You issue is the desire to predict short term. You will not find a reliable prediction method for short term. Does not exist

"Can You Predict Bitcoin and Crypto Prices without Trading Expertise?" - yes, I think I could make predictions, but I don't think you should risk (100%) with money, because the value of these predictions would be zero. I don't believe in the highlighted text and I think that the easiest way to predict the movement of cryptocurrencies is to observe the current cryptomarket trend and the movements of the bitcoin. Because almost all shitcoins repeat the BTC's movements, taking into account the 4-year cycles. These factors have repeatedly shown (and will show) their validity, unlike technical analysis and your candles.

Well that's a great question a lot of people are asking .the short answer is no , reliable predicting Bitcoin or any crypto price without significant trading experience is highly unlikely . while there are patterns and indicators that crypto market is incredibly volatile and influenced by so many factors like news regulation , market sentiment , technological advancement that even seasoned traders rarely get it right

In my opinion, bitcoin is very easy to predict without having to have trading skills, we can predict it very easily. What you need to do is invest in bitcoin by making long-term investments and only long-term ones will give you a decent profit without the time limit you set and as long as you are not satisfied with the profits you get, you can continue to do long-term until you are really satisfied with the profits you get from bitcoin.
And to do trading in my opinion you must have sufficient skills and knowledge and also everything related to trading and also time, because in the short term the price of bitcoin is not easy to predict. And those who do not trade because they are not interested and the reason is because bitcoin will only give me profit by doing long-term without having to bother like trading and also not having much time to do it.
