We should WISH that people who went through hardships become CEOs. Because these people will be able to show more compassion when in a position of power where they could take decisions.

But right now we live in a society where he rich become richer and the poor poorer.

That is the situation in every part of the world and because of that we can't really move any further at all, that's the point. The reason behind the poor people is the mindset of poor people. They want to earn money but they don't want to invest money. That is thinking of poor people because they don't want to be bankrupt. Donald trump faced bankruptcy for 1 time and after he became rich been he has good relationships and he stood.
