The quoted part is crucial. The funds you receive don't stay on the Lightning Network. Blockstream swaps them using Boltz exchange to the Liquid network and the LBTC token. Technically, you don't have bitcoin LN. You receive Liquid's LBTC token. If you want to make an outgoing transaction, Blocsktream uses Boltz again to swap your Liquid token for LN BTC.
