Need a bank account in Costa Rica

Hi,
I need a bank account in US dollar in Costa Rica.
I'm not physically there and cannot go there.
I've contact the main national banks there few times and never got any reply, I've also tried to register on their website but it never worked.

1) Anyone has a bank account there?
2) Anyone knows how can I remotely open a bank account there (without a lawyer)?

Do you need specifically in Costa Rica? Because there are many virtual account options that do not require you being there.

Yes it has to be a Costa Rican IBAN and the account has to be in USD.
