I have a question - based on the post time you selected the block approx 28 seconds after the block was already mined. I have also looked back at several other raffles and found quite a few times where your posts announcing the winning block are made after the block has already been found.
--snip--
I am not suggesting you are picking/choosing who wins but to avoid any confusion it might be helpful if the block you selected was a future block not a prior block.
Yes indeed, in any case I can't (nor want to) pick / select any winner, I don't have any interest to do so. (by the way we even have a rule stating "We reserve the right to ignore any participant for any reason.", so even in the case we would not "want" someone to win, the said user simply would not be on the list at all. It does not happen except for users with a important negative trust, they are usually refused).
It's just my bad posting habits, I'll post the “block selected” message more carefully. I always select a future block (current block height + 1 in general) but it happened that I post my "block selected" message too late. Sometimes the block is mined while I'm still preparing my tabs with the block selected + congratulations message in parallel (which I prepare in advance at the same time as the "block selected" message, so that I will only have the username + screenshot and relevant quote to add once the draw is done). Most of the time I have time to do everything before the block is mined, but sometimes I'm a bit late (especially when several blocks are mined in a row, as happened on another raffle).
In any case, I will pay more attention to this in future raffles. Thanks!
