Of course you still have the chance to invest in bitcoin as Long as you have the money to invest in bitcoin. One thing you should know is that the price of bitcoin is not fixed to a certain amount, you can always buy as much as you can or better still you can use DCA method as a newbie I think this is going to help you in accumulating bitcoin. I don't know why people always feel they are too late when it comes to the price of Bitcoin.
