You cannot call yourself non-custodial when you use third-party services who can block access to exchange operations, freeze funds, or ask people to undergo various checks before a swap is completed. That's a custodial service. Your AML policy states that the money will be held until users complete KYC if requested. None of that is non-custodial and calling yourself as such is misleading.

Hello! We present ourselves as a non-custodial crypto exchange service because: -We do not hold user funds -We do not create user accounts or store balances -We do not require registration, KYC, or personal data -Every transaction is executed on demand, with funds sent directly to the output address provided by the user. At no point do we control, store, or retain custody over your assets. Regarding liquidity providers & rare KYC requests: It’s true that we rely on liquidity providers — including centralized exchanges — to fulfill user orders efficiently. And yes, in rare cases, a provider may flag a transaction for additional risk assessment and temporarily hold the assets pending KYC. However this does not make Bitsz custodial — we do not hold your funds, we do not perform KYC ourselves, we merely relay liquidity, giving users access to deep markets without requiring them to create an account or interact with the CEX directly. In over 99% of cases, transactions are completed smoothly and without delay. We are clear with terms of use and aml policy and not trying to hide any information about our service usage.

We present ourselves as a non-custodial crypto exchange service because:
-We do not hold user funds
-We do not create user accounts or store balances
-We do not require registration, KYC, or personal data
-Every transaction is executed on demand, with funds sent directly to the output address provided by the user. It's wrong. You don't hold user funds but your partners do. And they are your partners. Your partnership directly impacts my experience using your service. I didn't choose them, you did. You don't require KYC and identity verification but your partners do. It doesn't matter to the end user who asks for the KYC data. Ultimately, they have to go through it or they risk having their money confiscated or frozen until they comply. At no point do we control, store, or retain custody over your assets. Irrelevant. Your partner exchanges do. Unless I tick all the boxes on their arbitrary rules list, I can lose my money. That's custodial. Again, it's irrelevant. A customer chooses you. Your partnerships and the way your partner services operate isn't something they should worry about. When you falsely market yourself as non-custodial, the end-user who doesn't know better will believe they will have complete control of their crypto at all times. That's not true. You and/or your partners remain in control until the coins are deposited in the user's address. As mentioned before, you and/or your partners can interrupt this operation at any time for arbitrary reasons. If it was a non-custodial operation, the end-user could just take their money and leave the moment you asked them to undergo KYC, SoF, and anything else. They can't do that because they are dependent on you and/or your partner's help.

So we kindly ask all the users to read the clauses before the deposit. That's something that we agree on. Unfortunately, many people (me included at times) don't read the supporting documents of the services they use. If they read yours, they would realize that they don't have any control of their coins until the crypto is sent to their address (assuming the address they provided belongs to a non-custodial wallet). It doesn't matter one bit who does because they don't.

Ripple Integrates RLUSD Stablecoin into Cross-Border Payment System
In a significant move for the global payments landscape, Ripple Labs has integrated the RLUSD stablecoin into its cross-border payments infrastructure, a decision driven by what the company calls "stronger-than-expected demand." The announcement marks a major step in Ripple’s efforts to streamline international money transfers and further expand the use of stablecoins in traditional and enterprise financial services. The integration positions RLUSD as a key tool in Ripple’s strategy to reduce friction in global money movement, particularly in markets plagued by liquidity issues and expensive settlement rails.
