I've used or helped people use two Bitcoin-only travel sites. One I used for flights, car rentals and hotels, paid two entire trips with Bitcoin (and not even with a 3rd party processor, they accepted BTC to their wallet when I first bought in 2018). Abitsky, which sadly went out of business. And another for domestic travel in Iran (IranByBit, now only on socials)... so no, you're not the first. Sorry, had to point that out.

And it doesn't take a fancy site, it takes actual, able, willing people to really help people use Bitcoin in places you otherwise won't find functional places for your Visa/Amex/MC, WU etc. Good luck though!
