It is more complicated than how you described it. There are multiple reasons. Those who complain about being poor are also partly responsible for their current situation. It easy to play the victim because we never think we did anything wrong. However we make wrong decisions all the time.

It is a waste of time to think about the problems of the society anyway. Think about how you can become richer and wealthier instead. That’s a way more productive way to live.

talking about Africa" of course God really blessed them with natural resources but is  just few person's that is benefiting from this natural resources why other people are suffering most of them barely feed mean why  there are alot of resources in Africa. 

It is not just about the abundance of resources. The main thing is distributing these resources all over the country. I recently watched a documentary on the Roman empire and one of their biggest problems back then was that they had a lot of people to feed and the resources were far from the city. The historians then studied how the romans were able to get these resources to the very core of the city and got to feed people. This is what leaders should learn too. How to distribute their resources efficiently.

Honestly, what we haven't learned even since then, is to make everywhere a better place instead of focusing on one. Roman empire was great sure, and there were a few great cities there too, not like everywhere was terrible, but the real trouble was that Rome as a city was amazing, and contrary to most believe, even surroundings of Rome was decent, everyone nowadays thinks it's just some castle type of city and nothing beyond the walls happened, but there were some farms and such, or at least animals that were out in pasture.

Anyways, sure there was Antioch, or other places that had some meaning, but majority of the "nation" of roman empire was miserable compared to Rome, and today, we have the same thing, and we need to learn to get away from that. You want to live in UK? London is the best. You want to live in the USA? New York or California (not sure which city) is the best. You want to live in France? Paris is the best.

There could be many examples of this, sure there are some people who love outside of those places, but most of the time everyone goes there, and population grows beyond what we should have in a single city, look at Tokyo, it's clear that one city shouldn't be that populated.

All of that can be done if the government cares about the community, especially the lower middle class.

Like in my country, whose economy has declined in recent years, and it is increasingly difficult to find money. Because government policies only benefit the oligarchy, they do not care about the people, so this also makes the economy in the country gloomy. As a result, the people also become victims of government policies that do not side with the people.

So if we can produce it and know who the goods and services are produced for, and also know how to distribute them, but if the government does not make policies that do not support, then all three will not run optimally for economic growth.

There would be no complaints and there would be no problems at the time or moment that citizens arent that experiencing hardship and thats why it will really be that situational because there are places on which it is really that a great place to live on which its citizens doesnt have that much problem. Somehow, poverty is something a global problem on which this cant be resolved out on where even on 1st tier countries does still have those homeless people or poors one on which this do signifies that this is indeed a global problem that could be eradicated completely. This is why it is really just that good that whenever you are on such situation on which it is really that you cant rely everything on government and thats why if you do really want to have a life on which trying out to survive and having that solving out that poverty issues then it is really just that right that you do really consider out on taking up such action because there are those individuals who are really that finding up their own ways on how to survive and solve out these problems. Basic problems are really that existing and you cant everything rely into the government on which it will be that understandable that you do really need up to act for yourself so that you will be able to survive and wont be relying your life into government aids. What if the government wont be taking up any actions? You will be definitely be facing up such issues or simply living in a life on which you will be that staying on the current condition on what you do have now.

Most nations in Africa are blessed with abundant natural, human, and material resources. But the continent houses the poorest people globally. We've seen many countries blessed with the needed resources and even populations that should have been used to their advantage but are very poor. Go to Africa and Asia to confirm that. And we've seen many countries with very little resources flourish. Go to Japan and Barbados among others to confirm.

One can think of making money but can't execute it because they probably don't have the capital to start. We know, investment can't be done without a capital and capitals can't be made without a job or a business. So the first step to take before doing an investment is having a job/business that pays good before investment. Reasons for having a job before investment is because the job provides money for you at the end of the month and with that money you can set aside an emergency funds after making sure all necessary needs are been prepared, with the remaining cash in your possession you can use them to invest.

The reason for this is simple. The people seated in the government are rich people themselves.
