He is well known person to the public which makes him not to have privacy that he supposed not to use to joke as he is into crypto. But because he is well known the best is to have body guard and other security in place. He has to protect himself physically. That is the only way he can prevent something like that physical threat from happening because if it happens, most probably that the people that attacked him will make sure they collect something from him or his family.

He is not that famous to have a necessity of hiring a bodyguard. There are people thousand times more famous than him and walk without bodyguards. By the way, there is a big issue that needs a fix instead of individuals hiring a bodyguards. As Pmalek said, you can't be successful without being famous but if you are famous, you are in danger. There is an increasing crime rate in European countries because of lots of illegal migrants and ignorance from police.

Not famous but publicly known and associated with a popular brand or company. David probably appeared in numerous videos and interviews talking about crypto and Ledger's business ventures. He holds an important position in the Ledger hierarchy and it's not difficult for criminals to conclude that he is a person who might own a significant stash of crypto himself. He could have even said it somewhere if asked which coins he likes or holds personally. Anything you say publicly can bite you in the ass one day.

If they are professionals, why are they already in prison? There is no question of professionals here, the way everything was done indicates that it is about amateurs who do not know the difference between Bitcoin and stablecoins at all, because if it were not so then they would know that most stablecoins can be frozen regardless of which wallet they are in.

It's not only illegal immigrants of course but violent crime mostly comes on them and I 100% believe that our governments intentionally do that, I can't believe that they are these stupid to not know the result of their dumb actions.
Yes, police forces fail in many countries and many areas. Police doesn't want to work hard, they also don't want to have lots of unsolved cases, so, they sometimes suggest people to not report the problem. I read it on DailyMail and some other news websites that an immigrant killed the daughter of a man and police forced man to keep quiet about it. There are tons of cases of theft in Barcelona, police does nothing. Look at what happens in Sweden.
