NAIJA_LOCAL_BOARD na one fun place as of the year I join this Forum and I believe say e been dey more fun before I join. Person go open topic and you go see plenty people wey be the head of this board (high ranked members) and the tails of this board (low ranked members) go add plenty ginger and contributions wey go make the board dey busy as f*xk (forgive my word), now I no dey see half of that fun wey dey happen for this board again and e dey bother me I no know for you wey dey read this post.
The weekly best posters for this NAIJA_LOCAL_BOARD wey dey before wey dey motivate many users to continue to work more by posting for this board we no dey see am again, like many things wey dey make people to dey post here no dey effective again... Abeg wetin dey make this our board no dey as fun as e dey when we go dey see threads wey person open go dey go on and on and on for like months before the thread die off, wetin dey happen to our board? the two category of people when de normally bring up quality topics na newbies when wan rank up and experienced forum members when go wan give one or two guidance to members of the local board. because of the nature of some signature campaign and say some people de wan engage in conversation outside of the local board, some experience member of the LB no de too de active for the local board but na where newbies inquisitiveness suppose come in.

It seems there haven't been many quality discussion for people to write on therefore people just avoid the board, to solve this problem, there should be more people writing topics that brings discussion to the local board. I also think it is because some campaign do not accept post on political boards and most topics that does not fit in the Bitcoin discussion board regardless of the topics being Bitcoin related gets moved away to this board and there are not many people writing here except only on the main board. There is no longer motivation on the board but if more campaigns as the just concluded cooking contest that just ended or other types of campaigns get introduced more often, we can have more people joining the local board to participate in discussions.

i no talk say na just based on ranking up people de post but you gat know say factors de when de encourage one to be more productive and that is not just peculiar to the forum or local board alone, even for normal working environment or companies, new intake de usually get this initial gragra while those when don tey for the job de feel a bit relaxed, e no mean say the old members no want things to work well for the organization but then, you no fit compare there drive for productivity to person when de just try to create an impression. if at the start you no fit show gingering spirit, when you don tey, your own casualness your worse pass everybody when do tey for the place, na so the thing de be for most places including this local board.

I get you but I still stand by wetin I talk, as we don see say the newbies or new people wey join the Forum no dey act up like to do well, nothing stop us we be the old members to continue to try as much as we fit to produce things wey go always make the house to dey as fun as possible.
