In a civilize society,there are ways in which investors regulate market price,they’ll be the one to determine how the economy market will look like.In recent time,i notice that government has play a favoritism role with the policies they made,so as to make a particular person to influence the market system and it happens that once they hike prices of some products they impose it to buyer without proper system management.I think in my own opinion, it is not ideal to allow anybody to monopolize the market system irrespective of his/her social status,so that we can have fair economic system.

There are situations or circumstances where monopoly should be accepted. For instance, it is the best thing to do if the government grants monopoly to dealers of ammunitions, weapons, including other products that my pose a great risk to the citizens if allowed to flood the market. You can Imagine having different dealers for such products flooded all over the country. It is not a matter of favoritism, the government has to grant monopoly to protect the citizens.

If you invent a new product that has never existed before, you have every right to monopoly for a stipulated period of time. Depending on the laws in your country and if there are even competitors available who would want to beat the standard already set by you the first mover and inventor.

Although the government has major roles to play when it comes to monopoly, the most they can do in monopolies that are very necessary is by regulating the prices of these products.

Market could be monopolize if there are businessman who made product and took patent on that . It will give loyalty to the businessman . There are many medicine industries who are developed by the many owner and they made unique medicine. The product has formula and it's Royalty has worth on it. The person who is the kind of Market could control the market monopoly and there are many chances, he will impact on the economy of country but he have to  pay taxes for the that . The person who made LED , that person is getting loyalty and he will get the royalty from that at the end when there will be last LED on the earth. The person who invested the bulb , his family is getting royalty on that and he produced monopoly in the market.

Market monopolization is one thing that is taking over especially in the third world where corruption and favoritism is the order of the day and from my assessment market monopoly arise as a result of politics because most of these businesses tycoon has political interests and affiliations so they spend huge amounts of money in making sure that their preferred candidates gets to power so they by way of support spends a lot of money in the campaigning process of politicians which they have soft for and if eventually the candidate of their choice wins elections you will see that they will give them leverage and the free hand to operate in what ever business or sector of the economy that they have interest in

Politics and business men should not be too close or have  close contact because as human beings it is in our nature to always favour people who we know and is close to us so to end monopoly of business in any economy politicians should not have link with any business man or woman because the act of favouring people close to you is there

I think the government of that country should be held responsible for this act, cause of  their selfish gains and interest they overlook other things and make indelible decisions that affects the citizens and the country as a whole and everyone will be left to face it all by themselves which is bad,but the thing is how do we get to exempt oneself from being overpowered with the monopolistic force made by this influential status, cause if the government are playing a key role here positively we're sure of having greater impacts in the markets.

I think not everytime that government, influences the market time market sellers voluntarily increase the price of their goods making it more difficult or higher than the initial government  indirect monopoly. Just as I earlier said, monopoly is is a one man business where you are the only person selling something and you decide how you gonna sell your product as you wish, and this will increase the price of your goods and people making it look different from others..

If I say something regarding this "what causes market manipulation" then I have to say the one thing straight away and that is, not we all have the same amount of money nor we all are the rich people in this world.
So now you might be get why it is happening in the market because the whale investors want to make profit from here. In really there will be always a manipulation in market but we it is also true that not always the one person  will able to manipulate market always, what I think most hot time is now you are already seeing the market manipulation the whale were making manipulate to liquid the peoples form the market right now and then there will be another hype and we will see another ATH in the market.

The favoritism that you have noticed OP is because most of the lawmakers are in favor of the rich and not the poor. And so, they make legislations that are in favor of the rich that are also incentivizing them to make laws favorable to them.

It's either to protect their business and personal interest and whichever is beneficial for the rich and not to the good of the poor and majority.

We are in the reality of this world that this is hard to change and we've got little voice but still, we can change in any ways that we can as individuals. Soon, fate is going to be favorable for the greater good of the majority as these monopolization that have been passed on to the next generation will have to deal its own thorn.

Monopoly is a very dangerous phenomenon, which I see only one advantage. If the power in the country is in the hands of one person, and he is strictly but intelligently and fairly, then he will not allow corruption and rampant officials and will be able to lead the country to a good future. But this is a very rare phenomenon. In trade relations, monopoly is always bad, since all decisions are only for the owner of the business, this applies to both unjustified price increases and the deterioration of the goods and services provided.

Regarding cryptocurrencies, I don’t see any monopolies here, even though there are some very large players.
