Does this mean one way or another the same stolen 5k ETH will be given to other users?

It's one of the most reputable sites for instant trades but also best in mind that if it's about convenience it doesn't give many options.

I haven't seen any widespread real complaints against the service here to be honest. But also bear in mind that it's a centrslized service and could end up bad at any moment.

It your goal is to disguise the origin of funds there are decentralized alternatives you might want to consider too, or just plain old Monero.

Yes. I believe it is safe to send funds from exch to other centralized exchange.  I have done it myself a few times, and I have never had any problems.

But, centralized exchanges can lock your funds at any time and for whatever reason.  They may request proof of source of funds or other documentation from you if it is a larger amount or if they consider the transaction suspicious.  Personally, I dont think exch is on their radar yet. The question is how long it will be like that.

It's probably worth mentioning that the exchange you are referring to has a ANN thread in this forum.

According to the post made by eXch representative on their ANN thread, there are two exchanges that are blocking deposits come from eXch. One is Bybit and the other one is WhiteBIT. I don't know if there are more centralized exchanges doing the same thing.
You may get more accurate responces if you ask your questions on their own thread. I also recommend you to read What is aggregation? on their FAQ. They have mentioned some of exchanges that are accepting deposits come from eXch there.

I think you misunderstood OP.
OP doesn't worry about eXch freezing the fund. OP worries about other exchanges freezing the fund if it comes from eXch.

This would be somewhat controversial. If they had blcklisted exchanges in their TOS, then eXch itself would accept this kind of behaviour that it fights against. It is quite enough that they informed their users about a potential problem and did not ignore it for the sake of making more profit.

If you want to use no KYC exchange, you should use another no KYC exchange to sell your coins for fiat e.g. bisq, robosats etc you can find on kycnot.me

AFAIK exch is safe in terms of reputation aka not scam, but if you live in EU, I don't think it will be safe because the MiCA regulation is really strict.

The good thing about exch is that they have an active team here so before depositing, visit ANN to make sure there are no issues. Personally, I have not had any issues with them but it is better to use your wallet before sending to any KYCed CEX.

I can also personally vouch I had no problems depositing cryptos from Exch to CExes I used like binance and my local exchange.

I would always send the exchanged cryptos to my personal wallet though-- it's not just exch, I don't think I would do it with any exchange unless I've left with no choice and the thing is pretty important lol. Just not fond of direct transfers to CEX, is all.

Experience with exch has always been good. I can't recommend them enough.
