You may want to check that out and drop a line there; your campaign so far is the only campaign that is not managed by a reputable campaign manager here, and the forum is not lacking in good managers. I hope you are aware of the many issues of handling a campaign so you can run it effectively.

I think the reason for the creation of that thread in the reputation board is actually to avoid the same scandal that happened with the brand cryptomus when they first found their way to the forum and same as this brand I believe he was also advice to get a manager to atleast run their signature campaign to make it easier as they weren't that familiar with how things are being run in the community.

It is good to run a campaign by themselves if they can and the forum permit that but since they are new in the forum they would have first create their Announcement thread and follow up the thread and asked questions in the thread and check the service board to see how other campaigns are managed and run in the forum. They were too rush to create the campaign thread.

damn, if they are interested on advertising on this forum, they need to address that if they want have a good start on this forum, it'll be extremely bad for them and it could damage their reputation if they don't address it and it would create more doubt and uncertainty about their credibitlity. Some of these questioning is the reason why most of the casino coming here tend to acquire the services of good campaign manager who have already built a lot trust in the community and hiring them give your brand atleast the benefit of doubt and I believe this is the same reason why some questions are been thrown at the casino and attending to them is the only way to sort and build the trust level of the casino or brand there are trying to promote here in the community.

Also, if it is being handled by a reputable manager, they can also ask assistance if there will be trouble. If there will be no resolution, the CM usually pause or stop the campaign up until the team resolved the situation. I believe, that's one good thing if the campaign is managed by reputable CM in the forum.
But before anything else, before thinking or running a campaign, much better to resolve their issues as it can stop any reputable CM to accept the job as it will ruin his reputation. Unless, the CM doesn't care anymore about his reputation. Attending every issue, whether small or big, would be a big factor on how players here will approach this casino.

Why such high wagering requirement? Do you actually create such wagering requirement for someone to meet it or just so it appear you have a bonus in your platform? This is more or less telling users that you don't offer any form of bonus in your platform because I don't see how 50% bonus and 50x wagering requirement will sell in this competitive industry that most casinos are offering something bigger with light condition. If you must survive the competition in this industry, I think you have to review that bonus and the wagering requirement because it is not motivating. This is not criticism per say but my candid opinion.

You are right, a 50x wager requirements on a 50% bonus is outrageous, but it's not surprising anyway, for new casinos are known for making this same mistake, most of them possibly think they are operating on an industry where anything goes and can go..

So there's also basketball. I thought that it's only two for most of the casinos that have virtual sports. It's either football or horse racing.
