I'm not sure why people are judging the campaign will be like spam fest.

They only paid for 15 posts per week and if there's spammer in that campaign, the poster should be blamed, not the campaign manager.

The campaign manager can be blamed IF they paid the spammer, if they didn't count spam post, it's wrong to blame them.

as other have already said, they did specify how many post will be paid. over all I think the only concern here are the funds(at least for me) but they can ease poeple's concerns if they use an escrow to hold the funds(which I think has been done before by other signature campaign if I remember correctly)

I really do not see any source of concern here because if there will be a problem, the first week of running the campaign will clarify that. With or without the payment for the first week, the users who apply can make the specified number of posts in the forum to keep their accounts active so it will not be a big loss for them. Op you have done well for bringing this to this place. When I saw the campaign thread,  I was also thinking what you thought because there is no restricted boards and starting day of the campaign and ending day of the campaign in the week. And he is not active in the thread to respond to question.

I believe OP is intentional about leaving it "OPEN". It gives them more unpaid exposure for their business as users continue to wear campaign paraphernalia and bump this thread. It's a win for them.

I'm thinking of leaving a red tag on MoonReaver's profile since, basically, what he has achieved is getting free advertising on the forum for a few days. I don't know if it will make much of a difference, as he hasn't logged into the forum since the 11th, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't take action.

The thing is, he’s been really cheeky since he asked applicants to carry the signature to apply and then cancelled the campaign because, supposedly, they weren’t getting the traffic they wanted before even starting. To me, it’s a scam, plain and simple. A minor one, but a scam nonetheless. We'll have to wait and see if they receive any payment, but at this moment, I really doubt it.

And I think we should stay vigilant to see if anyone complains about the casino because, given this track record, it wouldn’t be surprising if issues arise. In that case, I think a newbie warning flag would be worth considering.

That's the risk of taking part in a newbie-run campaign that ignores recommendations of the community to get an escrow or let an experienced manager run their campaign.
And this is also a red flag for the casino for hiring someone who is not familiar with how this forum works when it comes to launching a marketing campaign; this is the second time in the last 6 months or so a newbie mismanages a campaign and ruins the reputation of the company they represent. Well, the other one, Cryptomus, corrected their errors and hired an experience manager.
