We are more likely to see a pullback to 100k area or even lower right now not the new ATH.   If we go off this topic of presidential terms then I would goto a full year from the election date onwards being the time scale needed to get Trump beating Biden for some claim to the prize.

Of course I dont think one nations politics should be any determination of dynamics in this crypto blockchain, I seriously hope for much wider scope and the entire world of billions of people;  if we get that or even close Bitcoin will be gigantic much higher then now.
