I get what you mean, but you need to take a look at how there are some many lobbyist and organizations in Washington which are highly funded so pro-Israel politicians (both Republican and Democrat) are elected for public office, being the biggest example the AIPAC. Which such big organizations interfering and lobbying in favor of Israel without interruption for years in the political capital of the USA, they would not allow a president who is anti-Israel to reach the presidency, that person would barely get any funding from donors.

I believe it is a matter of common sense, isn't it?  Both the State of Israel and the United States have been responsible for the destruction of Gaza Strip, as part of their war against Hamas.
