Swap a coin/token on worldchain questions

Short question. I have had some WLD in my worldcoin wallet ( yeah, I know ) which I converted into USDCe, a quite small amount to be fair. They thing is, to finally being able to withdraw this nonsense to anywhere (an exchange) the transfer has to be done on their own chain, which is worldchain. Any other chain is "coming soon" for ages, probably never gonna happen.
No instant swap sites that I found offer this chain so I have a dilemma.

I know uniswap offers it but to be honest, I have no clue how it works with this "connect your wallet" and so on. I mean, even if I connected a wallet, the USDCe would still be sent from my worldcoin wallet, there is no other way.

Any idea what I can do? I would appreciate any helpful reply!! Thanks.

Connecting the wallet to uniswap is pretty straight forward, though, even for a first timer. You could use screeners to help you out, but they will also require wallet connection

Which coin/token do you want to swap the USDCe to? I see other chains like arbitrum.

Actually to whatever coin (like usdt or something) , as long as I get away from this stupid world chain network.
I mean I know how to connect a wallet, problem is, the USDCe is not held in my "real" wallet but in the world coin app wallet, which is like a wannabe version of a real wallet I would say. Other wallets I use and could connect don't even support world chain, because it's garbage and nobody really uses it. So connecting this to worldcoin wallet to uniswap in any way is impossible, at least I think so.

About Worldcoin wallet, does it allow you to export your seed phrase? Or it's one of those custodial wallets? If you could get the seeds you could just export them to a wallet that is supported by uniswap or other swap services

Nah the wc wallet doesn't even have a seed phrase, as far as I can see. I mean, not sure if I could have written it down when I created it about a year ago, but I don't remember ever having seen it. I just created it to get the air drops which back then had good value until the worldcoin thing all went down. 
Some months ago you could still send out those world coin (or ustde, wbtc and weth, that's all it holds) to some exchanges or whatever using the optimum chain but at some point they changed it and all you can use now is world chain.

So I downloaded the app and checked it out, but it's a poor type of wallet. They never reveal the seed phrases or even private keys. All they do is force one to back up on Google Drive or iCloud. A very poor security practice which should be discouraged at all costs.

The only option is to just withdraw the tokens through World chain, perhaps. I suggest you convert the USDCe back to WLD and then withdraw through the chain to one of the centralized exchanges that supports worldchains for exchange to another coin of your choice

Please look carefully at the deposit page, the required minimum deposits etc so that you don't lose your funds.
