Recently, the topic of “elderly people left behind by technology” has gained attention. In fact, beyond the challenges of a digitalized life, there are many other overlooked aspects of aging. For example, how should one face aging and death? How does one bid farewell to the world with dignity? These are questions that not only the elderly but every one of us will eventually have to confront.

Aging and death are natural and will come either you like it or not. The only way you can overcome it challenges is to learn to be happy always. Do things that make you happy most. This alone keep you young and healthy. The more you are bored and lonely, the more aging tells on your face.
Aging and eventually death are eternal laws, but if many people take care of their health and eat nutritious food, it is certainly possible to prevent aging to some extent, but it is completely unrealistic. If someone can exercise regularly, live a happy life, and live a stress-free lifestyle, then it is certainly possible to reduce the tendency of aging to a great extent, but it is not possible to avoid death in any way.

This is such an important topic and honestly one that most people want to avoid until it’s too late. Technology is changing so rapidly that it’s easy to forget not everyone can keep up and for the elderly it can be isolated, But beyond that aging presents deeper concerns about purpose meaning and how we want to be remembered I think facing aging with honesty and preparing for death with dignity is something we all need to think about early on not just as we become old. Maybe it’s about maintaining connected making peace with life and leaving something valuable behind while we still can.

Aging and death are two things that still remain inevitable to humans. Everyone must grow old and everyone must die.
So what you should do is to plan for the future get prepared for what  awaits you ahead. At some point the holy bible instructed that no matter what you do or whatever you are doing do it to the fullest because the end counts, nobody can escape these two things so I don't see any reason for anybody to be afraid of it rather pray for a good legacy.

The holy scriptures have been saying that death and aging are inevitable. However, if someone does not live a haphazard life but lives within a certain control, then he can definitely live a long life due to his well-controlled life. It's not that he will become immortal if he lives long, but rather that death will eventually consume him. There is no time limit on when death will happen to anyone because a healthy person can die at any time. Or a sick person can die at any time. Death is an eternal systematic process that will come in the life of any person.

Facing aging and death isn’t an easy thing for a man to accept but eventually we all come to make terms with it either timely or untimely,
I’d say firstly you should set your path with the creator straight firstly then appreciate the and useful years You’ve been given whole watching your offspring’s progress..

Everyone must not grow old and that is why we still have untimely deaths on the course of death is inevitable that is why it is sorrowful when someone dies in a youthful ages and elders dieing in their old ages are being celebrated on farewells.
Definitely there is existence reputations for everyone even after life so, It is very important consider our awarenesses here on earth because it retains and image of legacies which you will be described as.
