Hello, I have a 12x AMD threadripper pro 7995wx. Is there a profitable altcoin alternative to Monero that I can mine crypto with these processors? I would appreciate it if anyone could share information, thank you.

All information is available
https://www.hashrate.no/cpus/7995wx
There are also many new coins that are not yet traded on exchanges and may never be traded there.

Each of your processors costs 10,000 dolars. That's a bad investment for mining.

Hello,
Even though they are not listed on the exchanges, are there any altcoins that we can exchange through places like uniswap? The coins in the link you gave are worse than monero.

The uniswap exchange allows you to trade tokens on the etherium blockchain, which is now a blockchain on the POS algorithm.
Do you think that if you have a modern and expensive processor for 10,000 dolars you will get a big profit in mining?
You got into mining at a bad time.
There have been mining asics for monero for a long time.
I would advise you to explore the equipment rental market, the profit is much higher there.

Your threadripper 7995WX is great for CPU mining. Besides Monero (XMR), you can look into Raptoreum (RTM), DERO, or Arionum. Profitability depends on power costs and market conditions, so always check mining calculators before commiting.

I would check the calculator first before advising investment. The calculator considers the profitability of mining relative to the cost of the CPU and graphics card, so this data is incorrect. But even in this case, the payback is more than 5000 days.
You also need to consider the cost of other components.

The minimum payout is specified on the mining pool. You need to do this in the pool settings, otherwise the average values are usually set there.
Different shitcoins usually have very low fees, so you can make several withdrawals per day.

Please suggest best coin for highest profit given the following (disregarding electricity cost) for 200-300H/s on rx/0 algo? Mention the pool address and port too and name of tool used to mine the coin and if any specific wallet need be made for that coin and which exchanges support it to convert it to usdt or usdc

I'd rather recommend you 2 good resources.
This resource has a convenient search for algorithms, enter RandomX in the algorithm field. The pools have instructions on how to set up mining.
https://miningpoolstats.stream/
On this resource you can calculate profit and find links to exchanges.
https://hashrate.no/cpus
If you want to be a miner, you should learn how to search for coins and set up mining yourself.
