well , some certain powerful quantum computers can crack certain aspects of Blockchain, but I don't think it's going to be a straightforward process,
Because Blockchain relies heavily on cryptographic algorithms such like(ECDSA) which ensures the security of Bitcoin transactions.
 
So the question seems a little bit complex , I don't think there's a straight answer for this, but this is something I really think they'll be working on.
