Online casinos relatively operate with few employees because there's not much of human demanding tasks needed but still there's tasks like account verification that's the most likely job will be outsourced by a casino but I never seen any advertising regarding that in online space so it's one of the very closed field. It's better you can pursue jobs on different sectors that offers remote jobs for example crypto exchanges hire people to work remotely.

Yes Casino has limited chance for people to work and since I have known casino I don't think I have seen them making any post by announcing there is any recruitment they are doing, though for account verification it doesn't even need much work force because the specifications are very clear that if documents does not have certain content decline it but if it has accept it, so is not much of a serious work, even on there support having a limited number is not also problem for them because no complaints they will not handle. First of all, you are very vague... you want a job in the crypto casino world (you don't know exactly what and where), and apart from wanting it to be remote, you haven't said a word about your skills & experience.

If you really want to get a job you have to show some knowledge/skills & you have to be active. Jobs come and go, and if you are not active and among the first to apply you will not get a job... besides that reputation is important, if you are active and have a good reputation it will be easier for you to get a job.

Since I've been on this forum I've never seen a casino create a thread to look for employees, what I've seen are casinos showing up with everything already done, they create a thread and the casino is up and running. That's why I think it's a very difficult task to get a job at a casino on this forum. What I recommend is that you look for jobs at casinos in your country. Whether they're online or physical casinos in your country, you'll have a better chance of getting one than on this forum.

What skills do you have? If marketing or seo / sm marketing are some of your skills you may find some luck, or if you are good with graphic design. Otherwise it can't hurt to keep posting and ranking up so you can join a sig campaign. This wouldn't replace a full time job tho

The most common job I have seen here that is affiliated with crypto casinos is joining a campaign where you would hold the casino's signature or banner and they would require you to create posts in the forum in a way of promoting their casino.

But I'll give you a tip on how to scout for job vacancies whether from the casinos that have threads here and those companies that are not. If you have seen a casino that you want to work for, go to their main page and website and check out the careers tab. If you have seen some openings there, congratulations but if not then it's free to reach the HR out or even their helpdesk to ask if they have some job vacancies. It's not going to take a lot of time but they'll probably give you some links like bambooHR or any platform or third party that hosts their job postings.

when i don't see anything wrong about creating an account for job hunting and coming out lain to say so. some individual are from countries where it is difficult to get physical jobs and so the only option is to look out for remote jobs online that can help out, doing job hunting is not a bad thing though because of the forum rules, he just needs to be guided so he goes about it the right way. like you have said, getting a remote job requires a certain level of skillset and smartness considering the level of competition in the digital space including the forum.

if you are a really skilled person, the service board will be a good to go location that can fetch you some decent jobs that are even long term. it is just that some newbies that comes up with this kind of mindset are just after task that can fetch them fast money and are not willing to build a personality and reputation that will sustain them for a long time on the forum hence the reason why they like the bounty session of the forum.

In your case the casino will want to hire someone they can trust not a total stranger since this is a online job, most of the time online casinos don't need such workers because if is far more easier to operate a online casino by one or two person than running a offline casino.

I know a casino owner who run the casino with his own people, friends and this is online casino, he always make the point that having people he can trust around him is what makes the business smoother.

I think finding a marketing slot will be far better and easier than finding a working slot in an online casino.

Finding a job would be that easy if you can specifically point out some criteria of your search, first is knowing what kind of job you are searching for and another is knowing your area of specialty that's to say what skill do you have to facilitate the need for the job, so this are the necessary areas you will look out for first but if you ain't certain about this criterias then you ain't ready for the search yet. But your subject talked about online casinos vacancies and at the end you made mention of a remote job, remote job are cool I would say especially when you are good in one aspects that will enable you navigate through  so it's up to you.

A job seeker should be specific about their areas of expertise, they will state whether they have a job experience, these are things that will show that they're serious to get the job. I think coin_trader have answered your question, it's very rare indeed to find a casino posting online about needing workers or something like that, as a matter of fact, I myself have never come across such.

But like he did adviced (coin_trader), you can post your qualifications, that is what you are good at, post your portfolio and how much experience you have in the service section of this forum, see this as your cv and put every details of yourself in it (apart from the really personal and sensitive part of yourself), then trust that any casino that needs your services will reach out to you.

Actually, these vacancie are widely circulated on the internet and also special sites that do provide job vacancies, but remembering that jobs in casinos are not like general jobs basically, often service providers or casinos actually use the guise of looking for workers and so far most casinos have actually opened many vacancies for the customer service section for various languages in serving their users,  But in case, those of us who are actually looking for jobs on job vacancy sites should also be careful and not easily deceived by salaries or what which they offer, because often job vacancies in casinos, especially abroad, are just a mere cover that ends up ensnaring us in fraud and even human trafficking as we often see in the news.

Aside from you are already in this forum why not try to search what you want on google? For sure there would be lots of result shown there on where you can possibly apply from that job.

Access to work in the casino sector I think this job vacancy is quite narrow and may be difficult to find, I once thought about working in a casino but I myself could not find information about job vacancies, so I gave up on my intention to work in a casino. In addition, we do need to have special skills related to online. With the current increasing number of online casinos that are developing, it is certain that every time the casino may always need workers, it's just not easy to find vacancies. Unlike job vacancies in general which are usually clearly displayed on the internet or social media or even directly. But with job vacancies at the casino I don't think they advertise about looking for new employees.

If I remember correctly, our forum member TheQuin got the job after being very active in Freebitco.in's ann thread. Maybe you can try that, contact owners who are active on this forum and send them your resume. Sometimes casino owners are looking for chat moderators, so be updated with what happens in casino ann threads and maybe it's a good idea to be active in casino chats, try to befriend with them.
Another option is to create a LinkedIn and manually search for each casino and try to connect with their HRs and other employees. Look for them on local jobs listing websites because you might be surprised where some casinos are based. Maybe a very popular crypto casino is based in your country? I was shocked when I discovered that one was in my country.
