Its shocking to me that over time huge ponzis still exist and thrive for scammers.  I guess thats why im weary about ever putting money into something i understand and can vet myself without the "trust me bro" advice on investments.  Not that its secure knowing a product and thinking its safe but by doing that you can sniff out scams a lot easier.

But the pattern is still the same, i.e. too good to be true offers, high yield returns, and that is already a red flag. And it's not just applicable for crypto, we have seen throughout mankind's history on how this is run and so people should be aware of already.
The scam pattern is the same, it's Ponzi but people don't change and don't care to read and learn from past Ponzi scams and painful stories of Ponzi vitcims. They fall to similar Ponzi scams by themselves, because when they started to engage with Ponzi scams, they thought it will be different this time and different for them.

It's very big bad mistake victims of scammers have. If they're able to learn from the past and don't think this time is different, they will not be scammed.

Quote
And it's true, out best weapon on this kind of attack are self education and only trust platforms that have build their reputation already in the crypto space.
Be educated, be careful, control your greed, then you will make right decision and will nearly not likely be a scam victim.

New spaces are where scammers excel at their deeds just due to how everything is new to the people - they may believe into anything because of that.
So, yeah, we should all stay vigilant. Always.

...
It is really unfortunate to hear about people falling victim to these unfortunate schemes. We need to be very cautious and do thorough research before investing in anything, especially anything relating to cryptocurrency because that’s where scams can be prevalent.

Thanks for sharing this information. It's important for everyone to be aware of the risks and potential scams out there, especially in the world of cryptocurrencies. If you come across any suspicious investment opportunities, it's always a good idea to investigate thoroughly before committing any funds. If you also have someone who is about making a mistake or has the potential to make mistakes, you can help alert them of the reality of crypto scam.
