You lack self control, and that's a issue you have to work on. Playing physical slots was easier to handle because the casino had to close at some point and you had to leave, but with online casino, someone who lacks self control will struggle with it. This is the right decision because besides the fact that sitting in front of the computer for a long time can lead to problems with vision, but also problems with posture will be added, but this is not the worst thing, because there is also hypodynamia, from which all organs suffer, I recently learned about this and now I try to move much more often. It's either you are reading the comment from the left side of your bed or you are drawing your own conclusions based on what you understand.If you read clearly, I said I have worked as a typist, which is where I started having those eye pains, which sometimes lead to headaches. Currently, I don't even allow myself to use any gadget to the extent that I will discomfort myself. Gone are the days when I don't have a choice other than to finish the work I have on my desk. I don't say gambling made me feel that way; you should read it clearly before coming out with "HONESTY."

I suppose you have some vision problems. It happened to me that I saw blurry, but not from betting, rather from reading on the PC with a lot of light. It turned out to be migraines. I really don't enjoy slots, I do play It when I'm not in the mood to analyze matches in the bookies, but wanna gamble, so I settle for it and just watch the spins do it's magic. One major disadvantage is that it burns funds real quick and I don't have a big budget for gambling, so I don't play for long so I can have reserves for my regular chase of the bookies. Okay, speaking from experience, because I have definitely gotten sucked into screens too long, especially when something exciting is going on.  Its hard to peel yourself away!  But when your eyes start that burning, strained feeling, its your body waving a red flag and being like Yo time for a break!

Our eyes are muscles after all.  Use any muscle too long without a rest and itll get tired and achey.  I try to see those sore eyes as my cue to step back, even if I dont want to and  a quick break can do wonders - walk around, grab some water, just give your eyes a sec.  They will thank you for it! Spending so much time viewing computers or phones could be harmful to the eyes, hence it is better to protect your eyes. If you are playing anything for hours id say its unhealthy.  Mow add in that its hurting your eyes 100% you should slow it down a bit.  Maybe set a timer for yourself.  If ypu cant stop np matter whats going on then ypu migjt need to habe some help from friends or family.  Or even more a professional.  Either way try to slow it down a bit

Maybe you are playing like lying down? I do not play slots for hours though, I mean I don't have that big capital to begin with to stay with slots and play it for to long. But definitely, others could relate as most of us by age 30 might have signs that we have put a lot of strain in our eyes and we need sunglasses already as our vision is affected by having in front of the computer and laptop.

It's hard to give advise mate, we don't want to say that you should lessen your playing time because as gamblers we understand where you coming from. But maybe just go and seek medical help, or maybe just lessen the brightness of the screen or just play on your laptop or pc and not on your cell phone. In general, it is not healthy to stare at a screen for hours and hours, regardless whether you are gambling or not. I used to happen to me when I was pretty much into videogames and could burn half day playing on my computer.

I would advice you to limit your bankroll or the number of spins you do during each one of your gambling sessions, so they end up being shorter than usual and your eyes do not suffer.
