Despite my exhaustive attempt to get someone from their complaint team [or basically anyone, really] who I can reach to consult about cases and sit with to discuss and get to the bottom of them, Stake's door is unfortunately still shut for me. The answer and assurance given to me as well as to those who I ask a favor to reach their associates that are related to Stake are the same: that the board is routinely swept by someone assigned to compile a data about the complaints and forward it to the team to be handled.
Hence, the best way for OP's situation right now, IMO, is what I wrote above, to explain best as he can what he had submitted --and what he did not-- so when that representative come sweeping this board, she can get a detailed info to be forwarded to the team.
