was setup as regex 1Fuck(s/S/x/X)Bos(s/z/null)Mzr )

Can you please clarify what that means?

Think of it like I was running 12 different search engins looking to find:
1FucksBosMzr
1FucksBossMzr
1FucksBoszMzr

1FuckSBosMzr
1FuckSBossMzr
1FuckSBoszMzr

1FuckxBosMzr

Dont ever buy vanity!
People I know have lost so much money of sites with great reputation that have that "we give you half the key before, half the key later that way we wont ever know your private".

To a regular computer? Should have taken about 1million years Smiley
To my super computer? arround 4million years Wink
Im running my vanitys on premade lists of words. I sat down and wrote thousands of short sentences and the computer is running 24/7 looking for any1 of them

I own 1BrangfWu2YGJ8W6xNM7u66K4YNj2mie3t. Only 5 letters because it was generated on my offline machine, which is very slow and has no GPU. I'm not going to bother proving I own it.

I could generate a 12345678 address in < a day with my GPU, but oclvanitygen makes my computer unusable while it's running.

How slow is your computer?

@ 20 MKey / sec (GeForce 660 Ti), it's more like 20 days for 50%

Someone with better hardware then me could probably do it in a week.

Non case sensitive would take a couple days for me. If you have like 4 top of the line GPUs you could do it in half a day.

Hey, you vanity address people, how do I temporarily use my 5 GPU mining rig to find addresses? I've got 5 Sapphire 270X. No hard drive, uses BAMT. So ideally, someone has some image file ready to burn to a USB flash drive, then it will auto detect all my GPUs and crank out 5 threads or 5 instances of oclvanitygen and find me a nice address in 2 seconds.

And no harm can be done, it will be completely offline.

I own this address:

1Shremdh9tVop1gxMzJ7baHxp6XX2WWRW

-Charlie Shrem
Hohoholy....  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Ya, 1ShReM...could have been easy, but I wanted 1Shrem, took about 4 days using ./vanitygen

https://github.com/samr7/vanitygen

Is that the one engraved on your famous ring?

It's a windows exe.

Temporarily connect a hard drive with windows installed on it to the machine.

I created this one for the wifey although it hasnt been used, 0 balance, so no need to put it in the poll.
1Autumnwti6yXKym5pG4FJww1iBfpqQbw3

And for myself, also unused.
1LEvoNM5w8PFTwGFHUy2FbuB3ZP5ViGxyi

FWIW this was done with an Intel Celeron CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz

I would've tried for more but VanityGen used all my computers resources, cutting into my other computer activities. I think I attempted 8 letters (Colonial) but after 2 days I called it quits.

I was also worried VanityGen might actually harm my computer...  but this could be an unfounded fear, I dont know much about comp hardware, heat and its impact, constant running etc.

Hi skooter,

Yes I know it's windows. There are other versions floating around, but I was hoping someone managed to make a linux version ready to run, complete with working catalyst drivers.

Or if someone had managed to get Litecoin BAMT 1.3 or higher, then downloaded and compiled oclvanitygen on it, and let it rip. That's what I plan to do, but was hoping someone else already did it.

Vanity addresses aren't popular.

A lot of people only use addresses once for security/privacy concerns, and vanity addresses are the exact opposite of that.

So the odds someone has something like this ready to go is pretty much nil.

Not impressed that much, on http://bitcoinvanitygen.com/ u can get 9 (!) letters non case sensitive and 7 letters case sensitive easy with couple clicks.
To be honest for me this longest addresses are quite expensive but probably not for everyone.

You must consider difficulty of address by couple factors, not only lenght but if it has numbers in it and if it is case sensitive which changes everything from my tests.

My address: 1veLkroTLLvky76tJEKr2VmEpEPtdjkJZ (im unlucky coz i can't get all same lower case letters or all upper case letters because of how bitcoin addresses are made)
