i will choose football as the best sports in the world any day and anytime. it is quite true that the popularity of certain sports might just be peculiar to the region in question but it is hard to see much attention in other sports when you consider world championship in those sports. for instance if the world cup is going on now, the whole world will feel the impact of it. even regular continental football tournament like the euros, copa America and even the AFCON gets a lot of attention far more than any other sporting event can attract.

I somuch love the game of football because of the excitement and fun that comes with it, I can rememeber when my community had a land dispute with a nearby community, this matter lingered for a very long time but was resolved recently, so in other to keep a lasting peace between the two communities, a fooball event was organized to
solidify the peace that was made by both communities, the game of soccer serves as an avenue to make peace too,, it is an exciting thing to even be a fan of a club, it even helps you to read more football journals to get more informations about your club and also to know more things that relate to the game of soccer.
For me football remain the best sports, though I don't know for any other persons, what I know is that we  individually have our preferred sports which is normal with reason best known to us.

Football is great but it can be difficult to determine just one best sport because sports are way too different from each other to even compare. As someone that watches many sports, I can say that I find excitement and enjoyment out of every one I watch. In general, I think that athletes are impressive. They push boundaries more than anyone in the world. The level of determination, mental and physical strength needed to be an athlete is crazy and one that I can't imagine myself doing. So I really give kudos to the athletes, no matter what the sport.

Football or shall I say Soccer is for pussies that couldn't play a real sport lol. Too small for Rugby, too slow for the NFL, or couldn't shoot a basketball. NFL IMO is the best sport. Millions of fans, 20+ weeks out of the year, lots of action, hard hits, lots of betting markets, and excitement.

NFL is huuuge! But why said soccer is for pussies? Some countries even worship soccer like a cultism, for example Brazil and Argentina, we can't all sleep and point our heads to the same direction, I like the fact that every countries have their things they are into, for some it is horse racing or motorsports, we can't all favour a particular sport.

Would like to add some personal thoughts on the topic: I've been playing football for 15 years. But the last year, I've lost my passion. Why? The sport itself changes fast; the transfer market is dying with crazy deals for players who can't play on a proper level. Also, some legends are moving to the Saudi League.

I've also noticed, that being so emotional, kind of activity, it presents a benefit and a drawback. Yes, it's the most popular sport in the world with a rich history and billions of dollars invested in it. Still, I've read about why luxury brands like Rolex, Gucci, Ferrari, etc., are not sponsors of different clubs. Because of the audience. As I know, football was invented by people who couldn't afford to play polo or race, etc. Alcohol and gambling are synonyms for football. It's not my personal opinion; these are just some thoughts I see a point in.

In the end, there are some positive movements, I guess. For example, tokenization in sports. Whether you want to bet or not is your choice, If you just watch your favorite team without betting I don't think you enjoy it enough.
I may only bet a little bit on my favorite team, but I try to analyze what is going to happen in the game, so I know if my team can win or not.

But if you look at the analysis and play against a team that is quite strong, then you need to think again whether you want to bet or not.
