apart from the fact that some bad leaders will still extort it, are we even in any form of crisis that we should be expecting any form of humanitarian aids? these are part of the reason why we remain too cool to help ourselves because we are receiving some form of help from external nations who still have their own internal crisis to face. in an ideal case, an economy that is the giant headquarter of economic activity in Africa should be the one supporting other African countries that are not doing well economically and not join them in search for aid that they are able to provide for themselves.
That's why am in support that the Trump administration should cut off this aids and also stop the IMF from giving loans to African countries if they fail to make good use of it to boost their economies, create jobs and build good infrastructures for the betterment of the African societies, we all know where those funds end up going to, the pocket of the so called leaders and their dictators so what's the point for giving aids to help the public when their's no account of how it's been spent over the years. Atleast, cutting off these funds would put a stop to indirectly funding these corrupt African leaders, when the funds stop coming they'll see reasons for a change and try to do things the right way, America should stop using their tax payers money to fund evil African politicians indirectly and Trump has done the right thing and that's just it.
