You guys should be very careful the type of exchange using in holding coins or trading coins in the market, every exchange platform have their conditions which you must follow before you will be able to carry out a smooth transaction, if you know that you did not break any condition in that exchange market, you are free to contact their help service and they will direct you on how to recover the coins back, secondly, if they discovered that you give your details to another person, I think that is the end because they don't have the power to reverse the coins back.
